Dear Mirtha, Thank you for your delightful feedback. We're thrilled to hear that our apartment was perfect for your group of 4 couples and that you enjoyed the prompt assistance and information provided during check-in. We're glad everything lived up to your expectations and was as advertised. It's fantastic to hear that Alex from our management team was able to assist you in securing tickets for a flamenco show. Your recommendation means a lot to us, and we truly appreciate it. We would be honored to welcome you and your friends back anytime. Quality Department.

Dear Dana, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're glad to hear that you appreciated the great location in the Alfalfa area. However, we're sorry to learn that you found some of the interior finishes worn and in need of updating. Your input is valuable to us, and we'll certainly take it into consideration for future improvements. On the other hand, we aim to provide accurate descriptions of our property on our website, including any features or limitations such as stairs, to help guests make informed decisions when booking. We regret that the stairs posed a challenge for your 84-year-old guest, but we're pleased that the bedroom suite on the first floor provided a comfortable accommodation option. Thank you for choosing to stay with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future. Quality Department.

Dear Martine, thank you for your kind words regarding your stay. Hosting you has been a delight, and we hope to have the privilege of welcoming you again.
