We had a lovely time at Shorehaven. The views of the Atlantic were breathtaking and so relaxing. Mike is an incredible host and we plan on returning!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shorehaven! The ocean views were breathtaking, and the rental had everything we needed during our stay. The hosts were kind and very welcoming. Overall it was a lovely stay!

It was a perfect stay. Perfect location. Super clean. The ocean at high tide was intense! what else is there to say, it was so picturesque. Great rooms and amenities. The hosts were super communicative and helpful. Couldn’t be happier with our decision to stay there. I would love to vibe back.

Our communication with our hosts was impeccable from the start. They treated us with a beautiful card with wishes to our celebration and special treats upon our arrival. The bedroom mattresses were comfortable and all sheets were clean. There were some towels for us and a compact washer/dryer when we needed more. Their instructions were clear so we knew what to do, during opening and closing of Shore Haven. We used two bedrooms and the 3rd one was our suitcase/clothes areas. The glass in closed sanctuary was comfortable and we ate several meals out there. Perfect views. The home was right on the water with beautiful views. You will see the changes of tides and weather changes every day. When the weather is not blocking the sunset, it’s a perfect view for seeing and taking pictures. The local pub in Quilty has food, great service, and Guinness within walking distance from home. There is also a local store (watch opening/closing times). It’s a perfect hub for touring around the area in County Clare. We will stay again.

Beautiful property at an amazing location. Loved sitting in the sunroom and watching the sun rise and set over the water. Location is quiet and peaceful but perfectly located to see many sights. The owner was accommodating and very communicative. Couldn’t ask for a more idyllic stay.

What a wonderful stay we had here at Shorehaven. It was the perfect place for a relaxing few days to end our touring in West Clare. Mike and Tina were great hosts. Clear communication. Well appointed kitchen, thoughtful amenities, and immaculate. Sweet and comfortable cottage on the water. And literally, ON the water. The sound of waves right outside, and spectacular sunsets. Several seating areas outside and in the “sunroom” for relaxing and taking in the views. Good location for quick run to shops etc, , nice area for walking, and great spot for touring wild Atlantic way. Will be returning!

What a great place to stay on the water. It's quiet this time of year, which was what we were looking for. We still saw a lot ... The Cliffs of Moher aren't far, and the cliffs at Kilky are even nicer, IMHO. Our hosts were excellent. They had left some snacks as a welcome gift and were helpful with a late checkout. We will definitely stay there again.

Mike and Tina were exceptional hosts! Really responsive, happy to provide recommendations, and very amenable with the check in and check out process. The cottage is lovely, with the most amazing views and appointed with everything you could need. It’s close enough to amenities and a great spot from which to explore western Ireland. A really comfortable and relaxing vacation. Highly recommend!

Great location

Stunning View

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shorehaven cottage. The location is perfect for exploring points of interest. The house was comfortable and the views absolutely stunning!

Wonderful view

We had a lovely few days at Shorehaven. Communication from Mike and Tina was excellent, and they made us extremely welcome. Accommodation was comfortable and a lot of thought had gone into what was provided for us - cooking was easy. The view from the conservatory was probably the highlight!

Wonderful

A lovely spot with a beautiful ocean view. We had a wonderful stay. The fireplace added a beautiful ambience in the evenings. My wife and I and our four daughters (18, 16, 14, 12) were delighted.

Dreams by the Beach

The property and hosts are awesome. Had beach decor that made the home relaxing and welcoming. It was all I had hoped for and hoping to stay there again but longer!

Amazing vacation

We had an amazing week in Ireland! The house we stayed in is right on the ocean front and views alone made this stay unforgettable. The owners of this property are great in communication and are very helpful. We are so thankful for this great vacation!

Geat Place

This place was wonderful. Getting up every morning, drinking coffee in the sun room watching the ocean made my vacation. Thank you for letting us stay. We hope to make it back someday.

Beautiful sea views!

Waking up every morning with the beautiful sea views was wonderful! Charming and comfortable and close to the cliffs of mother and doolin for a boat tour of the cliffs and to the aran islands! So worth it!

Wonderful

A very special place that I almost dont want to leave a review for as will only increase the competition for when we look to book it again! We loved staying here! We felt immediately comfortable as soon as we walked through the door and the view is spectacular. A great base for exploring the area. Truly wonderful, we will be back!
