The setting was beautiful. We enjoyed encountering all the nature deer squirrels ducks. He was just so peaceful. The condo was well taken care of and updated and we really truly enjoyed our accommodations. What a great time together perfect for three friends from junior high.

Nice place would stay again

I like the parking at this location much better than the condos next door at Inverness. Plenty of spare bedding and pillows, mattresses were not the best and could use a topper or replaced all together. It was a great location and would come back. The first bedroom right inside the door has shutter style doors which was ok for the kiddos.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall things were fine. High price for the accommodations but the location was wonderful. Pool was hot and closed for most of our stay.
Svar fra VrboOwner den 13. jul. 2023
Robert, we apologize you didn't feel the price was fair. For a 7 night stay in a three bedroom Comal riverfront condo with private river access the price is below average compared to other property management companies. We were not aware of any pool closures but if you would have contacted us during your stay regarding this issue we would have been happy to reach out to the HOA to see what was going on. We always strive to provide a 5 star experience and apologize yours fell short. We manage over 130 properties in the area and hope you will give us another chance in the future. Thanks NBE

Relaxed with a view!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a great place! The patio and view of the water was so incredibly relaxing. And the location was fantastic for us to make day trips all over the area. The pool and hot tub area is maybe a bit sparse, but adequate. And guests should be aware that the third bedroom has an accordion wall, not a regular wall with a door. But everything was clean and in good shape. The beds were quite firm, which we liked. We would stay here again!

Easy check in process, awesome location, we really had a great time. Being able to wake up drink coffee, sitting on the river along with the ducks and deer was just absolutely perfect! Teenagers were able to walk across street to schlitterbahn and the hot tub was awesome. All around good time thanks for this awesome rental
