Perfect location next to the Penny Arcade and all the little shops and cafes!!Don't have to spend all day looking for a place to park! You have your own parking spot in the back!

The host and room itself were great but there were a few cleaning/maintenance issues that could have been taken care of before we arrived. The building common areas are looking a bit aged as well but this place has the location, location, location.

If you are visiting Manitou Springs, this is the location you want to be! We were in walking distance to all shops, food and entertainment. The loft was exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the access to the outdoor patio, the cleanliness and the comfy bed. Would love to return if we are ever in the area in the future.

Every thing was good except for the bed. The mattress was 2 twins pushed together so it had an uncomfortable crack down the middle

We are Manitou locals who let our adult children and friends take over our home for a few days. Found this place and had a fantastic staycation. Accommodation: excellent. Super comfortable in all respects. Location: can’t find better in Manitou. Convenience: walk/bike to the Incline (which we did while staying), secured parking and bike storage and secure building access. Very well done. We are satisfied to the point of looking at buying a unit available in the building for future use. Thank you.

Location was perfect, and the room was very clean. Only downside, we had the entire trip was the central air conditioner was broken. There was a window unit that kept the place cool and they provided us a fan to put in the window at night. Worked great for us in mid May but it would have been too hot during a summer month. Other than that communication was great.And you just can't beat the location and included parking in downtown Manitou Springs.
