The host was super easy to communicate with and very helpful with any questions we had. The property was in a fantastic location and was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved Fountain Hills and this property including the wonderful back yard The only blip was the living room carpet which needs a good cleaning and, for us, detracted from the nice decor, Steve was a responsive host and we enjoyed meeting him. So many great adventures in the area and the desert hiking was phenomenal. We had great weather and Fountain park was such a great place to hang out. We hope to return to Fountain Hills and the comfortable property.

Arizona gem!

We so enjoyed our stay here. Fountain Hills is a lovely community and we appreciated the proximity to Phoenix and area attractions. The home itself is beautiful, the backyard landscaping and pool area was gorgeous and exactly what we wanted!

The Nebraskans

This home is located near restaurants and groceries. It is comfortably spacious, has a beautifully landscaped back yard and pool, and is equiipped with essentials. Enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

Scott was sent the code to get into the house on Dec 1st .We were not aware that he did see it higher in the thread we had been chatting back and forth about Code for front door .Our desire was for him to have quick access to the House with code and also easy in without waiting for us to meet and greet.We are happy that he chose Edgeworth House .And are thankful for the condition the house was left in.

Super convenient

We came to Arizona for my cousins wedding in Fountain Hills. The property was really convenient to the venue and everything else. Spacious and comfortable.

Beautiful Fountain Hills Home

We enjoyed our stay in Fountain Hills at this lovely home. Everything was just as the photos showed and the backyard was peaceful and beautifully landscaped. Communication with owner was easy and check in was a breeze. We will definitely stay here again should we return to the area.

Wonderful family stay.

This home worked out great for our family of multiple generations. The pool felt refreshing on those hot days. The open living room was a great place to congregate. We loved walking in the neighborhood, and we were five minutes from a grocery store. Super convenient!

Awesome property

Girls vacation. Perfect Location for our day trips. Enjoyed a couple Of days by the beautiful pool. The house was well stocked with towels, dishes pans, etc. Loved the neighborhood and location. Very close to restaurants and grocery store. Loved this property and hope to return for another’s girls trip.

Winter Get Away

The property was well appointed and had everything we needed. The backyard and pool were beautiful and well maintained. The pictures on the site depicted the property perfectly. Mari Jo communicated quickly each time I had a question from the time we booked right through our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved It !

My wife and I had a great time staying at Edgeworth. Marijo was great to work with. She gave us some great tips on local restaurants. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, my wife and I walked it in the mornings. The location was close to everything. The backyard was beautiful and a great place to kick back and relax. We would definitely stay here again !

Edgeworth is Worth It

Basically, everything was as depicted on the VRBO website. Clean. Spacious. Adequately appointed. The pool was a plus as was the grill. Nice, quiet neighborhood and the independence of a single family home with a garage. Marijo was great to work with.

Perfect Family Getaway!

This home was the perfect getaway for our family of 4! The kiddos each had their own room and the trundle bed was super fun! This home has all that you would need for your stay - just bring yourself and suitcase! You’re very close to downtown Fountain Hills - near all of the shops, restaurants and parks. Loved the tranquility and quietness of the neighborhood and home. The backyard is so relaxing! The pool is beautiful but the water is still a bit chilly in late March/April to swim. We loved our stay and would love to come back next year!

So peaceful, but near everything

The weather was especially beautiful this year, but even with the last two days being rainy, it was a wonderful time for us. We’ve never seen so much green or so many flowers in the area at this time of year. The birds were especially active this year and so much fun. Sitting outside in such a quiet, peaceful location is so good, and yet all the restaurants, shopping and activities are close by. Marijo is very responsive should any difficulty arise, and we know we can contact her with any questions, yet she allows us our privacy and the feeling that Edgeworth House is a home away from home. We are looking forward to visiting again next year.

Edgeworth Fountain Hills

We just finished our second season at Marijo's house in Fountain Hills. Both times we had a clean, comfortable and adequately spacious house for our three week stay. Everything worked and the house was well appointed with kitchen ware and most other supplies (we had to purchase soap and tp).The pool is a definite asset.Enjoy!!The only downside is an immediate neighbor who is not the best external housekeeper. They were not problematic and stayed to themselves. Their house is not maintained in the same manner as the rest of the neighborhood - which is nicely cared for.

Great house…,but NOT a Heated pool as advertised

House was lovely and great space for us. We were all very disappointed that the pool was actually not a heated pool and couldn’t use. Before we even arrived, we were notified that there was a quick turn around needed on the day we checked out because new people were coming in that day. We felt very pushed out before we even arrived for our work and vacation with family. I was messaged about 6-7 times asking when we would be out for the cleaners to come in?!

It clearly listed on the VRBO advertisement that the pool is not heated. This is peak season and we have a full calendar check in and check outs I was merely trying to find out the exact time for checkout. Nobody was rushing them the guest didn’t want to let me know what time they were checking out. Good luck getting a 3 bedroom 3 bath house at this rate in peak season.
