2-værelses lejlighed med opvarmet pool i nærheden af golf og alle faciliteter

That’s great news but do let us know if there’s anything we can improve upon.

I am so glad you enjoyed your stay and I look forward to welcoming you again in the future.

That is great news I am Delighted you enjoyed your stay.

Hi to you both, Im glad you enjoyed your stay. Can I ask which beds you found to be uncomfortable so that I can address this should it become an occurring theme. In regards the towels you should have been given a full set of towels for each guest, namely a large bath towel, a hand towel and a brightly coloured beach towel. Did you get less than this ?

Thank you for your review, it sounds like you had a good trip. Enjoy the rest of your stay in Tenerife

Hi Gary, I am just catching up on my reviews and was sorry to hear you had trouble sleeping. We have 3 powerful floor standing fans in each room including the lounge area along with the traditional ceiling fans also in each room. This has not been mentioned by any other travellers to my knowledge and because we are set back so much the apartment remains cooler than many. The smaller bedroom in particular remains very cool all year round and the master bedroom during the winter when the sun is lower can get quite warm so I oftyen leave the blackout curtain in place and the fan running BUT I havent been there during August and I suspect you experienced temperatures around 30 celsius on many days. However, it is something I will need to consider installing going forwards and I thank you for bringing it to my attention.

I am so glad you enjoyed your stay and I too always walk the hill and although a little younger than your good selves I am happy to do the walk. what do they say " Use It Or Lose It " . However, on the odd occasion say if we've had an exhausting day on the beach or are overladen with shopping we might take a taxi back which at only 4 euros is money well spent. We look forward to welcoming you again in the future.

Hi Judith, thank you for your review. I am delighted you had a nice holiday and Im not sure whats up with the TV, it was fine when I was out there up to and including the 12th January and it is less than a year old. Regardless of that, If any other guests mention it I will, of course look into that further. Finally, I look forward to welcoming you back in the near future. Warmest Regards James

Thank you for your comments we are glad you enjoyed your trip and we hope one day to welcome you back again. Also thank you for mentioning the couple of minor maintenance issues, namely the bulb and the fan, in a private message which have now been dealt with. All The Best James

Hi Rhona I am delighted you had a nice stay in our apartment and look forward to welcoming you again some time in the near future. Warmest Regards James

H Elaine All complexes in Spain have a low noise policy after 11pm. I am probably the world's worst for having a night cap, game of cards, glass of wine etc on the terrace and the only time I have had any issues with the neighbours was when I was doing some DIY on a Sunday around 8.00 am and I was reminded that there shouldn't be any excessive noise until after 9.30 am. I was using a drill and conceded that it probably was a little early but I think in your case you were a little unlucky and this is the first time anything like this this has been mentioned. Whilst this is out of my control I hope it didn't impact too much on the overall enjoyment of your holiday.

Hi Marguerite I am glad you enjoyed your stay and many of the things you mentioned are the reasons we bought where we did. Close to everything you could need but far enough away to be peaceful. We haven't had the place all that long ( In fact you are only the 3rd person to stay there ) and we are still learning about being hosts. I take on board your point about the beach towels and you will be pleased to know I have just instructed Elaine ( the lady you met with the keys ) to buy me 6 massive good quality beach towels so if you wanted to return this wont be an issue. I have also bought some lightweight Deckchairs which can be easily taken to the beach. Thank you for your feedback its very important to us and ww look forward to welcoming you back soon. James - Owner

Hi Erwin Thank you for your review which I have pasted below in English. + spacious apartment with great terrace + good quality seating area, smart TV + beautiful domain and pool - 2 bathrooms urgently renovation: worn bathtubs, flat-scale cranes and dirty shower curtains - THE SHOWER CURTAINS ARE QUITE NEW AND I CONCEDE THAT BOTH BATHROOMS COULD DO WITH A FACELIFT BUT THIS IS REFLECTED IN OUR PRICING, WE CHARGE A FAIR PRICE FOR THE APARTMENT AND DO NOT ADVERTISE IT AS A SPECTACULAR MODERN SHOW HOUSE AND BOTH BATHROOMS ARE CLEAN AND TIDY AND AT BEST COULD DO WITH SOME RE SILICONING AND MAYBE REPLACING THE TAPS. WHICH I INTEND TO GET DONE EARLY 2024. - greasy kitchen doors - The apartment is open plan and as such THERE ARE NO KITCHEN DOORS + dirty little bugs - I WAS THERE MYSELF SHORTLY AFTER YOUR STAY AND WE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH BUGS, I SUSPECT THIS WAS SIMPLY DOWN TO FOOD ITEMS BEING LEFT IN THE OPEN AS THAT WOULD ATTRACT BUGS BUT NOBODY HAS EVER MENTIONED THIS BEFORE TO MY KNOWLEDGE dirty seating area and plaids - I AM VERY SURPRISED BY THIS COMMENT AS THE SOFA IS BRAND NEW AND ALL THE CUSHIONS ARE ONLY A FEW MONTHS OLD AND THIS IS FURTHER PROTECTED BY SOME LARGE THROWS ARE YOU SURE YOU HAVE THE CORRECT APARTMENT BECAUSE THIS COMMENTS DOESN'T SOUND RIGHT ? no vacuum cleaner present - NOTED, NOBODY HAS ASKED ABOUT THIS BEFORE BUT I AGREE A VACUUM CLEANER WOULD BE A GOOD ADDITION. dirty mattresses - ONCE AGAIN NOBODY HAS MENTIONED THIS BEFORE AND ALL THE BEDS HAVE FRESH LINEN FOR EACH VISITOR AND THEY ALL HAVE MATTRESS PROTECTORS. I WILL, HOWEVER LOOK INTO THIS. unusable devices - unused devices are not replaced after not reported (water kettle) - THIS WAS AN ERROR ON YOUR PART AS MY MANAGEMENT COMPANY TESTED THE KETTLE AND FOUND IT TO BE IN PERFECT WORKING ORDER. bedroom next to entrance very no nocturnal day - I THINK YOU MEAN THAT IT IS DARK DURING THE DAYTIME, THIS BEDROOM IS TO THE REAR OF THE APARTMENT AND DOESNT' HAVE SO MUCH NATURAL LIGHT, WE USUALLY TURN ON THE LIGHT IN THIS ROOM IF WE ARE USING IN DURING THE DAY TIME. 1 bed broken ONCE AGAIN I BELIEVE YOU ARE CONFUSED. THE BEDS IN THIS ROOM HAVE A SAFETY DEVICE FITTED WHICH STRENGTHENS THE LEG SYSTEM AND PREVENTS THEM FROM BEING DAMAGED WHEN DRAGGED, BUT THEY ARE DEFINITELY NOT BROKEN. I HOPE THESE MINOR IMPERFECTIONS DID NOT EFFECT THE ENJOYMENT OF YOUR HOLIDAY AND WE LOOK FORWAD TO WELCOMING YOU AGAIN IN THE FUTURE

Hi Linda, I am just playing catch up now after a busy end of year and would like to Thank You for your kind words. I am obviously delighted that you had a nice holiday and look forward to welcoming you back sometime soon. Warmest Regards James & Sharron

So glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. I look forward to welcoming you back sometime soon

Hi David, glad you enjoyed the apartment and the surrounding area and have recommended us to others. Sounds like we may see you back in the very near future.

Thank you for your feedback, we are delighted you enjoyed your stay and hope to welcome you back in the near future.

Thank you for your kind words. We obviously have similar holiday interests as the things you stated you liked are pretty much the reason we bought this place. Sun and shade in equal measure, nice heated pool. close to amenities YET not on top of it all so peaceful at night. We look forward to welcoming you agin soon.

Hi Toni Thank you for your review, many of the things you liked are the same as the reason we bought this apartment so thats always nice to know. What is they say " Great minds .........." Anyway suffice to say we were delighted to hear you had a nice time and look forward to welcoming you back in the future.

Hi Janice Thank you for your comments. I am delighted you had a nice holiday. We haven't had the apartment all that long ( less than a year ) and are just getting used to doing rentals. I have only stayed their once myself and I have to be honest I slept like a baby every night. Since we acquired the apartment we have welcomed about 15 to 20 groups and you are the first one to mention this, so I didn't think there were any problems with the pillows until now but I have taken on board what you said and have just ordered some brand new ones. We hope to welcome you back sometime soon in the future. Warmest Regards James

Hi Sarah I am glad you enjoyed your stay and I hope your partner being ill on the first day didn't put too much of a dampener on things and Yes I saw you had some amazing weather. I was particularly pleased that you seemed to like all the same things that made me buy it and I think its in a prime location. As you said its close to everything but not right on top of it so as its overpowering. We hope to welcome you again sometime in the future. All the best James

Hi Inger I hope you enjoyed your stay and I see you have given a 4 star rating but could you translate your review into English so I can understand it better. Thank You
