Sommerhus med pool kun få kilometer fra tårnbyen San Gimignano i Toscana.
Villaen ligger på gården til en velkendt producent af Vernaccia, den lokale vin i området omkring San Gimignano.
Feriehuset er for nylig restaureret og tilbyder et komfortabelt interiør. I de 3 soveværelser er der aircondition og huset har4 komplette badeværelser med bruser. Villaen er indrettet med karakteristiske rustikke møbler der skaber en stemningsfuld atmosfære for en autentisk landferie i Toscana.
På udendørsområde kan gæsterne slappe af i den store velplejede have og afkøle sig i poolen på varme sommerdage, omgivet af en solterrasse med liggestole og parasoller. Udenfor er der også en grillplads møbleret med borde og stole til spisning ude. Herfra har du en fantastisk panoramaudsigt over det omkringliggende landskab.

Beautiful stay with everything we needed. WiFi / mobile signal wasn’t the strongest but it’s not what we prioritised when surrounded by beautiful Tuscan hills. San Gimignano being so close by and accessible was especially helpful. Emma was very helpful and responsive in helping ensure we had the best stay possible. The pool was lovely, we used the outdoor BBQ daily, and it was an overall great space to relax & entertain. We’d definitely stay again!

A beautiful villa, just on the edge of San Gimignano. We stayed with our three children for one week. The pool was immaculate and the house is tastefully decorated, clean and welcoming. We appreciated the air conditioning and cool rooms as temperatures were very high during our visit. The bathrooms were all lovely and the annex is great for older children or grandparents. There is a long lane to the property from the centre of San Gimignano. Emma our host was welcoming, recommended places to eat out and was available to contact if we needed anything. I highly recommend this villa in the beautiful Tuscan countryside.

Lots of space to spread out and different eating areas. Pool was lovely. A good base for sightseeing and a short hop into San gimignano for an aperitif.

The property was a little more rustic than we expected, that is not a negative, but the photos and property description suggested a more modern facility. The house is quirky in its layout over several levels including a tricky staircase up to the lounge and bedrooms.The annexe was a little disappointing in that it had a kitchen facility but no crockery, cutlery or utensils.The pool and surrounding area was very private and a beautiful space. A short walk uphill reveals some of the most beautiful views of the area and of course San Gimignano.The town is very accessible but you do need to take the car along a very challenging dirt track. My advice is to go early before the crowds and coaches arrive, or later when they are leaving.The location gives you access to more of the surrounding villages, towns and cities. All of which have their individual beauty, atmosphere and quirks. A very enjoyable holiday in a beautiful area of Italy.

Peaceful and isolated this is a gorgeous place to stay with a group of friends with ample privacy.The kitchen doesn’t have any supplies (like oil and other condiments) so you do need to bring everything in if you intend to cook.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Panizzi. It feels like being out in the country yet only a little over a mile to San Gimignano straight up the road. The villa itself is beautiful, very spacious for the bedrooms and the common areas. The outside terraces are nice along with the really nice swimming pool. Walking in the area next to the house there are vineyards and a hill where you can see the town and all its towers. The area is a very good central location to visit Siena, Florence, Lucca/Pisa. This villa was a highlight of our stay in Tuscany.

It’s a really beautiful villa and in great condition. Even better than the pictures! Pool is a perfect temperature, beds are comfy and the surrounding area is stunning. Host was great and communicated well and gave us plenty of privacy. We had everything we needed. Only bit of advice for travellers is that there isn’t much choice or availability for taxis in the area unless you book well in advance (that’s no fault of the villa, to be fair). Definitely need a car to go anywhere as San Gimignano is a bit of a hike uphill on foot. Absolutely would recommend the Villa. Wish we could have stayed for longer

Rustic Villa

Villa was beautiful. However, listing should specificaaly say need a car. All the taxi's were booked so we needed to rely on tours we booked and a lovely restaurant that actually picked us up. If you need consistent wifi this is not the place for you.

Lovely villa

Lovely villa and property manager; disappointing customer service in the UK. Sadly no view of the vineyards from eating area and no comfy sofas on the other outside sitting area as shown in photos. Extremely high final clean cost - much more than I have ever been charged before for similar sized properties.

Great house, location, everything. Could have used directions on the heat and hot water but the property manager was all over it. I think we were the first of the season. No paper towels or sugar. We would definitely return.

We had a lovely break at Villa Panizzi as a couple with two adult sons. A lovely, traditional villa, refurbished to modern standards and uncluttered; very clean, as described, with super private pool and plenty of options for indoor or outdoor seating and dining. We enjoyed using the large covered veranda, opening from the kitchen and staying cool on warmer days. We also sat reading, drinking and playing cards on another terrace overlooking the pool. The villa is close enough to San Gimignano for fitter people to walk in about 30 minutes, or it is just a few minutes' drive to the town with its shops and restaurants. The historic city of Siena was also easy to reach by hire car for a day-trip. The villa is in a quiet and peaceful setting, but doesn't feel too isolated; it has views of vineyards and the town, whilst San Gimignano itself offers spectacular panoramas of the Tuscan countryside.

The pool was very clean and great size. It's a shame it didn't have water temperature control. It was pretty cold even when we had nice weather most of the time.The kitchen is small but functional. The villa didn't have enough staples so we had to purchase almost everything you need in your stay, like toilet paper, soap, kitchen paper towels, etc. some of them were provider but just enough for 1 or 2 days, but definitely not for the whole week.cons: There is a wine processing operation just besides the villa, alongside the pool, so we were bothered with the sound of machines and workers talking. In the same villa, there is what seems to be offices and dining room for the workers of the wine processing operation. You feel like you are sharing the villa with other people. I don't know if this happens all year long, or it happens only during harvest season. You better ask the property manager before you book.

The listing is not accurate

It is a lovely villa, but the description is off. First of all - you get only the house without the annex. Second - there is only 4 bathrooms. We were 5 women friends and it was essential for us to have 5 bathroom and we booked based on the description that there are 5, but there are not. Master bedroom upstairs has many many bugs. The house is in the nature and of course you expect some and they were everywhere and it's fine, but master bedroom had way too many. They were crawling on us during the night, on our luggage, were in suitcases etc. Other than that it was good and clean. We did not cook so don't know how the kitchen is. We would probably stay again (definitely with a can of bugs spray), knowing what it is (4 bathrooms), but if you are going for the listing it may be a surprise.

Ein Zimmer mit eigener Terrasse.1 Fewo (Nebenhaus) mit Doppelbett/ Bad/Terrasse und kleiner Küche.Ein Grillplatz mit großem Tisch 8-10 Personen mit SonnenschutzüberdachungEine große Loggia/Terrasse überdacht mit einemgroßen massiven Holz Tisch und mind.10 Plätzen.2 große Wohnzimmer sehr schön ausgestattet.WLan vorhanden aber nicht im ganzen Haus verfügbar.Küche mit Herd, Spülmaschine, großer Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank und eine Eismaschine.Das Kochinventar in der Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein: z.B: keine Grillzange vorhanden wenig Schneidebretter, Schüsseln … sonst TOP!Der Pool hat einen Nichtschwimmer und Schwimmerbereich ist top gepflegt und verfügt über Liegen/ Liegestühle inkl. Très bon séjour dans cette villa spacieuse et confortable. Situation très calme au milieu des oliviers. Grande piscine dont nous avons bien profité entre deux visites de cette région merveilleuse.

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt — sehr gerne jederzeit wieder. Drei Schlafzimmer (jeweils mit eigenem Badezimmer) befinden sich im ersten Stock des Haupthauses, ein Schlafzimmer plus Bad plus kleine Küche im Nebengebäude. Toller Pool mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen, großer Waschraum. Emma war eine großartige Gastgeberin, die stets erreichbar war und mit Tipps und Unterstützung zur Seite stand.

Nous étions 7 amis (du 7 au 24 juin 2023) nous avons trouvé l'emplacement intéressant, sans vis à vis, maison spacieuse. 3 belles chambres, mais la 4 ème ainsi que l'annexe inutilisables à cause d'une très forte humidité ( odeurs et atmosphère ) ce qui rendu le séjour du couple qui y dormait très désagréable. Vaisselle insuffisante pour 7 personnes et l'état de celle déjà présente sale, intolérable !! En conclusion, location chère, pour des prestations pas à la hauteur

Lots of space to spread out and different eating areas. Pool was lovely. A good base for sightseeing and a short hop into San gimignano for an aperitif.
