I tried to work with these people the best I could. The cameras were and are listed on the web site. They are positioned to show the back door and the lake.in back of house. I called the renters and explained this and told her if this bothered them to put a bag over them while they were there. The cameras were there for security as described on the website. Not sure what they are talking about with beds the king is about 2 years old and both queens are only a year or two older. They did say baths and kitchen were updared. Most groups that stay here are happy as can be. Not sure why this group was not happy. They did get to stay two nights with heated pool for nothing maybe that's it.

We never got a call or message from this group while they were at house. if so we could habve corrected any problem they had. I believe they were just looking to get a refund all along. The crib they complained about is a portable crib which folds up for storage at house. it has safety clasps on it when it is opened. If they couldn't figure out how to work it they could have called. The bed in the master has a mattress which is less than 3 years old. its total use is probably less than 1 year at a full time house. Not a part time rental. As for the home decor. Both bathrooms have been totally redone over the last 2 years. The family room and kitchen furniture are about 3-4 years old. The bedroom furniture is older but all mattresses have been replaced. As I stated earlier every once in awhile we'll get a renter who drums up problems expecting to get a refund. If there was an actuall problem and we couldn't remedy it I would bend over backward to make my guest happy.

I responded to Stephen immediately when called. He had some basics to his complaint. To my management's defense a hurricane had just come through a couple days before blowing dirt and debris everywhere not to mention trees and bushes needing clean up. I suppose management could have done better at trying to get the property prepared but we're limited time wise..

Where do I start. We supply toilet paper and paper towels to get you started for a few days not your entire stay The TVs get out of sinc occasionally from previous renters fooling around with them. As for being out of date, we just put in new sofa, love seat and 2 chairs. Plus the kitchen table and chairs were just put in. Not sure what this renter was looking for.
