Beautiful sunsets and view from home and boat dock! We enjoyed the close proximity of everything and only a mile to beach. Quiet neighborhood for bike riding and walks. We will be back for sure.

I met Rick and Liz the day we checked in and they were very welcoming! I had a few questions throughout our stay and Rick would always address and get right back to me.Their home is such a great location in central Marco with fantastic westward views for fantastic sunsets over the canals and palms.Look forward to staying here again.

Family Vacation

Our stay was amazing and the view out back was beautiful. The house was very well kept and offered all the amenities we needed! Our kids really enjoyed the pool too! We would recommend this house to anyone that is looking for a peaceful time away and would definitely rent this house again!

Amazing Trip

The house was perfect for us! Location couldn't have been better for us, easy access to anywhere we wanted to go. Was able to watch dolphins right from the dock and used the outdoor space a ton! Communication with the owners was very easy and they were very accommodating! Cant say enough good things about our stay!

Highly recommend!

- great space and layout - nice view of the water - Rick (owner) was a pleasure to rent from. He wanted to make sure our stay was the best it could be. There were a few minor items to address and he was very responsive and resolved them. - the house is right off of San Marco Road which makes it easy to get anywhere you want to go - short bike ride to beach access

Perfect Home away from home

We have been visisting Marco for twenty years, this house is right up there as one of the best places we have rented. The decor and furnishings are outstanding and beautifully co-ordinated and the kitchen is probably the best equipped we have seen. The pool and outdoor living space is everything you could want and very spacious. The owners were very attentive and helpful and happy to answer any questions. We will be coming back !

Nice home

Very nice home. The decor is a little out of date, but i am not buying the place so that didn't matter. We felt right at home and the host responded right away if we needed anything. We had a great time . Thank you

Well equipped for a family vacation

Centrally located on Marco Island to allow easy access to everything using the bikes included. Making meals at home was easy thanks to the well-stocked kitchen. Hanging out and enjoying the pool, hot tub and dock was enjoyable. There's a lot of chairs and pool toys. Great new TVs as well for evening entertainment.

Loved, Loved Loved this home!

My family just had the best vacation ever at Rick and Liz's. The pool, hot tub and dock for fishing were favorite locations for my my family, we didn't want to leave! The proximity to restaurants, shopping, boat rental and beaches was great. Everything you needed was there from beach chairs to towels to bikes. The house was beautiful and spotless! Thank you Rick and Liz for sharing your beautiful home for our memorable family vacation. We will be back!!!

Paradise on Marco Island

Beautiful home on Marco Island! It was exactly as described and pictured. The house was very well stocked with everything you could ever need. We enjoyed the beautiful pool, especially while watching breathtaking canal sunsets every evening. We did have an issue with the pool being very warm but, Rick responded quickly and guided us what to do to remedy the situation. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect in every way

This immaculate house has a lovely heated pool and spa, plus loads of towels and beach toys and 4 bikes that were beautifully maintained and fun to ride around the island. Marco has many wonderful restaurants and we loved boating around the islands. But just staying "home" in this bucolic spot, reading a book or fishing off the dock, was all we needed. My husband and I lounged on the lanai and watched dolphins and boats cruise past under the sunset. We can't imagine a better place to stay, and plan to return-- Thank you to our friendly hosts.

Great Home to Celebrate Birthdays and Cancer Free Diagnosis

Rick and Liz have a beautiful home. It was clean, orderly with plenty of kitchenware and beach amenities. The furniture was is in great shape with all appliances is good working order. The highlight was the pool/spa and the view, just amazing. We have stayed at other homes in Marco Island and this is our top choice and will plan on returning. Rick was great to work with and willing to help out whenever necessary. Thank you both for allowing us to stay at your home especially as indicated in the title for me to get that diagnoses from my Doctor. Best Len

What a wonderfull place

My family went to Marco Island so I could get married on the beach. This home was exactly like the pictures. It was clean and ready for use. We didn't have any problems what so ever. The owners were very prompt on getting me more pictures and information to me when I first contacted them. I will be returning to Marco Island hopefully every year and I would love to stay at the same place again. Thanks for the use of your home it was wonderfull. Alisia & Mike Indiana

Excellent home, fabulous view, highly responsive hosts.

This was our first Marco visit staying at a private home. After almost 10 years staying at the JW Marriott, where we got tired of always staking our morning claim at the pool, etc., we wanted to try something different. This house was great, with arguably one of the best inland water views for caring the evening sunset sky. Although there were some early-in minor spa issues. Rick worked hard to get them resolved as quickly as possible. This is a beautiful, comfortable, well-equipped home, perfect for my wife and I, and our 2 adult daughters, there would have been room for more, but our fit was perfect. Rick and Liz are great, caring people. You will not be sorry if you rent this beautiful home in a great location.

Marco Island Treasure

This home was absolutely perfect for our stay. Plenty of room inside and a beautiful lanai and pool outside to enjoy all day and/or evening. The view was amazing, the neighborhood is quiet and easily accessible to all points in Marco. The home came with everything you needed. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach bags and beach cart and cooler(s) making the beach a much more pleasant experience. The home also had fishing gear, we got some extra hooks and some bait. We had some luck catching smaller fish right off the dock!! The house was very clean and had plenty of pool, shower and beach towels. The owners were had great communication as well. The few minor issues/questionswe had were answered right away. I would recommend this home to amybody looking to enjoy the Marco Ilsand/Naples area!!

Our 60th wedding Anniversary stay in your Home was very nice!!!

Your Home is very Attractive/very clean/nice & cool/ pool great. Some bug's in the Kitchen & Bathroom. The Shower needs a stool/ Handle Bar & a lift off Shower -Spritz for rinsing off. Your floor was hard on our feet. A Rug would take care off that!!The Toilet needs privacy!!! A Shower Curtains would Due!! Disappointed not able to park car in Garage!! The Fee of $200 for a Cat was very HIGH!! our stay was only for a few day's!! Loved using the Dining Room for the 4th July & our 60th Wedding -Anniversary!! The Front Door Lock seams to loose!!Be Careful!!!

The property was reasonably clean. Host was accommodating for us traveling with a larger dog which we were extremely appreciative of. Unfortunately our trip timing put us here in the middle of a home demolition next door and construction across the canal which made the weekdays less peaceful. Otherwise, this was an accomodating spot for a family retreat.
