Start dagen med en gåtur langs den verdensberømte stranden sti, som ender lige foran denne ejendom. Du kan nyde den fredelige, uncrowded strand lige ude foran, eller sidde ved poolen på den nyligt ombyggede pool og jacuzzi! Efter slikker sol hele dagen, har planer om at slappe af på din private Lanai med solnedgange vil du ikke snart glemme!

Denne enhed kan rumme op til 6 gæster med et stort soveværelse med en kingsize-seng, Gæstesoveværelse tilbyder to enkeltsenge, der også kan laves om til en konge, og en meget komfortabel sovesofa i stuen! Denne fuldt airconditionerede enhed tilbyder også to fulde bade, som er blevet ombygget med granit tællere og flisegulv! Køkkenet er også fuldt udstyret til din brug og har udsøgt Koa Wood Cabinetry.

The Polo Beach Club er beliggende i udvej samfund af Wailea, der tilbyder verdensklasse spisning & shopping muligheder alle i nærheden på de forskellige resorts og The Shops at Wailea. Polo Beach-ejendommen er en ikke-ryger ejendom.

*** Bemærk, at Polo Beach Club-ejendommen vil blive renoveret med stenfliser på ejendommens fortov og strandrampe fra den 13. maj 2019, og den forventede færdiggørelsesdato er 15. oktober 2019. Dette renoveringsarbejde vil starte på stranden rampeområdet ned til stranden brusebad. Sten tilbage fra fortovet renovering vil blive brugt til denne del af projektet. De begynder også med elevatoropgraderingerne på de resterende etager. På dette tidspunkt vil de også renovere lavabergmure. Vi ser på cirka fem uger til at gennemføre disse dele af projektet, og der forventes støj fra 9:00 a. m. til 4:00 s. m på hverdage. En åbning til stranden vil blive skåret ud af naupakasikringen for at give adgang til stranden i løbet af denne del af projektet. Når arbejdet er afsluttet, vil banen gennem hækningen genplantes. Vi sætter pris på din forståelse, og vi vil være sikre på at levere opdateringer, da vi modtager dem fra Polo Beach Club AOAO. ***

Condo was clean and well appointed. Polo Beach Club is the perfect location and everything about our stay was amazing. CB Vacations was responsive and facilitated a lovely stay on Maui. Cannot recommend highly enough.

It’s a beautiful property, I hadn’t been there for 20 years and it’s still beautiful!

Great location not so big as most condo buildings, nice and quiet. It’s great to be able to walk across the sand and be in the water, it has a wonderful pool and amenities.

Perfect getaway

The absolute BEST view in Maui

The pictures in VRBO do not do this condo justice. This condo has an amazing view not only of the beach (right outside your front door) but of the wonderful pool and lawn area. The property was immaculate. What a gem!

Beautiful Polo Beach

Wow! Pictures hardly do this justice. Ocean Front, you can sit on the lanai and watch the waves roll in. Beach is nearly empty. The condo is very comfortable. Beds were great. BBQ area is very nice. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.Parking is underground. The gates/doors all had numeric key pads, so you don’t have to worry about keys.Would definitely rent again!

Lovely but dated

Location is good. Have to travel to get to any stores. Property was clean and well stocked. Showing its age a little. Air conditioning is very loud.

Very Clean condo and property

Had a great time at this property. The reviews are very accurate... even though it's a little dated it's extremely clean and well appointed making the stay very nice! The pull-out couch has a really nice mattress, unlike hotels, so that was very functional for our teen. The Property Management Group good to resolve issues. We really like how this property connects to the walking path along the ocean. Overall property grounds and pool kept immaculately!

Everything I could possibly need was within a short 5 minute drive. The CBI team was so helpful when I needed anything but I rarely needed anything. Perfect location; place requires lots of calls for help

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I chose this place for the location (perfect) and relatively reasonablePrice for the size of my family (5). Cathay said, there were 3 major issues that arose during our stay that were irritating and really cast a negative light for this place but due to the responsive, courteous nature of the CB team, 2 issues were resolved within 24 hours, which I appreciated. 1) the AC, which was super loud, was not functioning for the first 24 hours due to a water drainage block, which the maintenance gentleman missed the when we alerted the CB team initially. He had to come back a second time the next afternoon to figure it out but it was a sweltering night. 2) The Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent and we ended up requiring spectrum to come out and switch the modem boxes. This is also inconvenient since we like to watch movies in the evening. 3) The master bedroom had the worst bed and sheets that I have ever slept on - there was no support and the sheets were old and piled and felt like sleeping on old towels that were air dried. The management team really ought to get new bed linens. On the plus side, it was very clean and relatively spacious. I chose it for having a washer and dryer (loud), very functional well equipped kitchen, amazing views, and the absolute to sleep 5 (the fifth person slept in the pill out sofa bed in the living room space and this sofa bed was more comfy than the master suite bed). There are beach chairs, snorkels, beach towels to use and we left three boogie boards there for the enjoyment of future guests.

It had it all - from the great view to the interior furnishings it was a well appointed unit that didn't lack anything from cookware to beach chairs. We instantly felt at home and we'll be back.

The balcony is perfect oriented, the kitchen very well stocked, everything was very clean, we had enough towel, beds were comfortable and we appreciate very much the private beach and the pool and the Wailea path. The property is very well maintained and the PB 502 very well managed. Good communication and quick response as well as small gifts by arriving. Only the living room furniture could be improved (a little old). We spend dream family holidays. Thanks so much .
