We had a wonderful relaxing time at this cabin. We enjoyed the whirlpool bath, hot tub, and fishing practically right outside the door. It was clean, and the communication with the company was great! Highly recommend!!!

We had the best stay at the Reflections cabin. Inve the cabin was ready we got a check in email with directions to the property Incase we got lost but the GPS was accurate. It gave us some peace though since we came in so late past office hours. The cabin was overlooking a pond and was fairly quiet the whole stay. We came for our honeymoon and really had the best vacation here at this cabin. We plan to return for an anniversary in the future

The cabin was mostly clean when we arrived, and check-in was effortless thanks to the keyless entry and alarm system, which provided both convenience and peace of mind throughout our stay. The driveway is fairly steep, so I recommend having a vehicle that's comfortable on hills. One of the highlights was the jacuzzi tub in the bedroom—it was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day out. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay.

Awesome place. View off the deck was awesome, Hot tub was awesome. Taking the gps shortcut we were only 13 miles from downtown gburg. I was shocked at how close we were from the cabin. It feels so isolated. Great stay. Thank you.

Thank you for your review and for staying with Fireside Chalets. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the cabin, its convenient location, and the beautiful lake views. We appreciate your feedback regarding parking and understand that fishing conditions can vary depending on weather, water levels, and seasonal activity. While the lake offers great fishing opportunities, sometimes the fish simply aren't cooperating. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to welcome you back again in the future.

The cabin itself was nice for a couple. It does not have access to the private lake, but the view from the back deck was nice. Parking can be scary for inexperienced drivers. It's steep and there's a good 10 - 15 foot drop-off if you make a mistake. I recommend backing into the space. My only complaint was our neighbors in "Fishing Frenzy" cabin. They were loud and drunk the entire time. They also had company, my guess throwing a party. They also had 3 kids from age 2 to 6 who were by the lake unsupervised. We could not enjoy the back deck or hot tub in front of the place, because of the rude drunk neighbors. If they had respected Firesides rules, it would have been perfect. Just beware, the neighbors are closer than you would think.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad you enjoyed the cabin, the beautiful view from the back deck, and found it to be a nice getaway for two. We appreciate your helpful comments about the parking as well. We’re sorry the neighboring property affected your peaceful stay. Fishing Frenzy is not managed by Fireside Chalets, but we encourage guests to contact our office so we can assist when possible. Thank you for choosing Fireside Chalets. We’re happy you enjoyed the cabin overall and hope to welcome you back for an even more relaxing Smoky Mountain getaway!
