Definitely in need of a good cleaning. Dust and cob webs galore. The space was clean but fixtures and hard to reach areas were badly Dusty and cob webbed. Overall the place was really nice. Definitely an experience driving into it, esp at night. Beautiful view and good amenities. Nice little cabin for a couple on the tail end of their honeymoon. With a good cleaning this place would get more stars! Jeffrey came to visit, dont be alarmed, he's harmless.

The cabin was great and exactly as pictured/described. Checking in was cintactless and seamless. They called to tell us it was ready when we were about an hour away.

I call it a hillside view not mountains. Needs a very deep clean. Lots of cobwebs and dust. Appliances need wiped from previous visitors. We did have a bear visit. No steps for the hot tub.

The cabin is cozy and comfortable. Plenty of dishes and cookware available. During our visit, the hot tub was missing an entry/exit step which made it challenging to use. While the location is private, please be aware that it is in close proximity to other cabins and noise between cabins does travel.

Thank you for your review and for staying with Fireside Chalets. We’re glad to hear you found the cabin cozy and comfortable and that the kitchen was well stocked for your stay. The hot tub does not have hot tub steps, but we do appreciate your recommendation of them. We also appreciate your comments regarding the cabin setting, as many properties in the Smoky Mountains are located within cabin communities while still offering a private atmosphere. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to welcome you back again soon!

The cabin was very nice and had a lot to enjoy! It also had a lot of privacy and we really enjoyed the games! The only thing we didn’t like was the road to get up there. It is curvy and very narrow. If you meet another car you wouldn’t be able to pass each other. We were lucky we never met anyone.

Thank you for your wonderful review! We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the cabin, the privacy, and all the games and amenities it had to offer. Mountain roads in the area can be narrow and winding, which is common for cabins with more private settings and scenic locations. We’re happy to hear you had a great stay overall and appreciate you choosing Fireside Chalets. We hope to welcome you back again soon!
