Lovely Apartment

We had a lovely stay in Arc1950 the apartment was clean and had everything we needed! Nice and close to the ski lockers and truly ski in ski out!

Our stay in Manoir Savoie, Les Arcs

Super central location. The apartment is tastefully decorated and fitted out. Super comfortable and larger than most we have stayed in over the seasons. Ski-in Ski-out a huge plus. The village and aparthotel is lovely with good restaurants and amenities. The host is very helpful with great communication. Highly recommend this accommodation

Perfect place for a perfect stay

The flat is very nice and very well equiped. Very cosy with beautifull décorations. Also very practical because close to everything (ski locker, slopes, shops... ). I obviously recomend at 100% Vanessa's appartment in Les Arcs 1950

Beautiful apartment, fantastic location

Beautifully designed immaculate apartment with everything you need, lots of storage and fully equipped kitchen as well as really comfy sofa bed, reception staff very helpful. True ski in ski out with 1950 and all the great skiing and restaurants on your doorstep. Will definitely try and book again.

Lovely apartment and location

Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. Situated in a lovely location in Les Arc 1950. Had everything that we needed. Comfortable and clean. Communication with owner was excellent. Highly recommended.

Fantastic apartment

The apartment was fabulous. Very clean when we arrived. It is a really spacious apartment. Good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and the lounge area is very comfortable. Access to the slopes is so close and convenient. Being situated on the same floor as the ski locker room was such a bonus too. I would highly recommend this apartment. We will definitely return and book it again!

We were 100% satisfied with the apartment for our week in Arc 1950. We are an Australian family of four (10yr girl & 12yr boy) on our first family ski holiday. This apartment perfectly complemented the great little village of Arc 1950. We could easily cook at home, enabling easy self catered breakfasts & dinners. Being so close to the ski lockers is really fantastic - close enough if something is forgotten. The kitchen is really well equiped. The apartment has everything you need.The communication with the manager was also great. The only thing we didn't love was the sauna/pool etc, but that didn't matter at all - and this is a building thing, not the apartment. We would happily recommend to friends & are already considering booking again next year.

Fabulous apartment in beautiful location

Just returned from a 10 day ski trip. Had the best time. The apartment was absolutely fabulous with breathtaking views. The facilities within the complex are great. Its location to the slopes is amazing. Having the locker room so close to the apartment is a massive bonus. Les Arc 1950 is just beautiful. Can’t recommend it enough. We will definitely be returning.

Whilst the apartment is typical of 1950 apartments, several things should be improved. The cleaning process is sketchy. The check-in was delayed because of cleaning process. The locker had 2 locks in it and there fire could not be accessed delaying skiing by a half day. The Concierge company handling all these aspects is just not doing a good enough job. The owner whilst sympathetic made it clear that it was our problem to solve locally. All this making the arrival stressful and not in line with prices paid.

Hi Vincent, again my sincere apologies for the inconvenience this caused, however as I discussed with you on the phone, the second lock did not belong to me and must have been put on in error by another guest in mistake for another locker. This error is completely out of my control. I would also point out that, as part of the check-in instructions i sent you before you arrived, it was made very clear that in the event of any maintenance issues during your stay, that you should contact the on site concierge for speedy resolutIon. You did not do this initially but instead tried to contact me directly. I am in the UK ! By the time i picked up your message this caused a delay. I did how immediately contact the concierge for you, as soon as you alerted me to the problem, to ask them to come and cut off the second lock. The concierge then fixed the issue within an hour. They did advise me that your ski equipment wasn‘t actually in the locker at the time so there was nothing preventing you from going out to ski instead of waiting.

Very comfortable family accommodation with great ski in-ski out facilities

Lovely ski in-ski out apartment in a great location. The apartment was very comfortable, although the room temperature on one side of the apartment was unable to be adjusted meaning one side of the apartment was slight colder than preferred. Note also that additional towels and bathrobes are not provided for use at the pool, and can only be arranged at additional cost. Overall the apartment was fantastic for a highly enjoyable family skiing vacation

Fantastic apartment

What an amazing place to stay, It has absolutely everything you need for a great ski holiday. Absolutely 5* quality, very clean, modern, spacious, all the bedding towels etc were lovely, the bathrooms were great especially the walk in shower . Its location is great too, definitely ski in ski out , beautiful village with lots of shops and restaurants , the car park has plenty of room to park with easy access to the apartments, the staff at reception were all very helpful, I 100% recommend this apartment and will be telling all my friends and family, this will definitely number one on our list to return next year for another ski trip ,such a sunny friendly resort.Thank you Vanessa for being very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had .you have a very lovely homely apartment.

Great apartment in Arcs 1950!

We had a great stay at Vanessa’s place in early February. Vanessa was a great host, always very responsive and quick to provide information. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures, nicely renovated on the second floor (same floor as ski lockers) with very easy access to the slopes and the village. There is also a nice view of Mont Blanc through the buildings from the sofa! Arcs 1950 is a great village - all ski-in/ski-out, nice and small with a grocery store, great bakery, and a few restaurants and bars. The only small negative is the actual building (Manoir Savoie). It is clearly showing its age (in contrast to the beautifully renovated apartment itself), and the ski locker room in particular is a bit of a mess. Very small and cramped. The pool and saunas are OK, but the water temp in the hot tub is luke warm at best. But none of this took away from the overall experience and we will be back!

Fantastic holiday

Just returned after spending a week in this fantastic apartment. Underground parking and check in were easy to navigate. Parking costs extra but that's standard these days. Located on the first floor, it is just a few minutes walk to the main entrance and the snow. It has a lovely balcony with views of Mont Blanc. There was an area below the balcony where children enjoyed sledging. Our daughter loved this. We took her sledge but there was one on the balcony that you can use. The apartment is well appointed, very modern and very well equipped. We didn't need to eat out as the kithen facilities were so good plus the supermarket is only a short walk away and is well stocked. It's so conveniently located that we were able to nip home for lunch each day. The main entrance is right across from Wood Bear Cafe which is a lovely spot if you want lunch and/or drinks. Comfy beds and lovely clean bathrooms. TV in each bedroom and the living room with some English channels. Good WiFi. The only issue we had was understanding the heating controls. There are instructions but we couldn't fathom them! The apartment was warm enough though and the maintenance man popped in to help. There is a ski locker. If you are visiting in a peak week I recommend going down early to get your ski's as it gets very busy round 9am before lessons start. Didn't use the gym area but did use the pool jacuzzi, steam and sauna which are a lovely addition. Already looking to book this apartment again for next year. Highly recommend.

Appartement idéal

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait, au-delà de nos espérances. Tout était mis en oeuvre pour être confortable, aussi bien dans l'appartement que dans la résidence : l'espace piscine, jacuzzi, sauna, hammam est très appréciable, le casier à ski et sa localisation font de cette location un endroit vraiment parfait pour profiter au maximum d'un séjour à la montagne. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Wow! Love Les Arcs 1950 and love this apartment! :)

The apartment is amazing. We thought the online pictures looked good, but it looks even better in real life. Les Arcs1950 is a great traffic-free resort. Everything is within walking distance. Which is perfect for little skiers, who very easily complain how heavy their skis are when they carry them and pass them over to you to carry along with your own gear! The apartment has everything you'd need for a very relaxing ski holiday. The under-floor heating is lovely on cold winter mornings. The shower in the main bathroom is powerful and hot. And the kitchen even comes equipped with an Nespresso coffee machine. The outdoor swimming pool of Manoir Savoire is also a must, with the back-drop of Mont Blanc in the distance. We've stayed in 1950 before, but in a different apartment in a different building. While the layout of the apartments might be similar, the holidays were miles apart. This apartment is well furnished, very clean, warm and is a pleasure to come back to after a long day on the slopes. Communication from the seller was very good, and we had replies back very quickly whenever we had a question. If we come back to 1950 again (very high chance), we would definitely stay here again. Loved it. :)

Séjour en famille

Très agréable séjour dans l'appartement de Vanessa. Appartement entièrement refait avec des matériaux de qualité et meublé avec goût. Résidence très bien située, disposant de l'ensemble des commodités à très grande proximité. Hôte très réactive et agréable. Appartement et prestations au dessus de la moyenne des résidences. 1950 est un village concept de type ressort, appréciable notamment en famille avec de nombreuses activités pour les adultes et les enfants. Seul point negatif: bruit de la passerelle communiquant entre les deux parties de l'immeuble, restant néanmoins peu gênant.
