Terrific stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our 9 night stay at Kitty’s Townhouse. The check-in process was seamless, with the instructions from the host, Padraic, clear and easy to follow. The kitchen is really well equipped and the whole townhouse is very comfortable with loads of charm. It is located in the centre of town within easy walking distance to pubs, supermarkets, restaurants etc. Tullamore is located in the middle of the country, which makes it ideal for day trips by car to other places of interest. The communication from Padraic, both prior to and during our stay, was excellent. He answered our questions very promptly. We would highly recommend Kitty’s Townhouse to other travellers. Trev & Liz

Perfekter Ort in Tullamore

Tolles kleines Haus mit Allem was man braucht. Die Lage ist für abendliche Unternehmungen mehr als perfekt. UND die Matratze ist wirklich super! Unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken

Excellent option near town center

This property provided us with everything that we needed and more. It is so close to the Town Center, which made walking and exploring the downtown of Tullamore an enjoyable and memorable experience. The property provided us with quiet and comfort. We highly recommend this to anyone for an overnight or a place from which to launch your journeys to any place in Ireland.

Super cute

Townhouse was very nice. Conveniently located…everything is walkable. Parking is on the street and free from 6pm to 9:30am. There are all day lots nearby because spots are a little tricky to find but I was able to park on street each night. It is located next to a church that has hourly church bells so if you are a light sleeper …beware. Full kitchen was very helpful plus bread and jam for breakfast.

Attending Tullamore for a wedding and this property could not have been any more convenient regarding the location and the proximity to the venue we were attending. Easily walkable to venue and the local amenities, plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby for everything from breakfast through to dinner. Excellent kitchen amenities; owner left tea/coffee making items along with breakfast items such as bread, butter, jam, cereals and milk - excellent. The rest of the house is cosy and comfortable. Whilst the house doesnt have a TV then I found this a positive as it meant you could easily use the provided radio and meant there was no excuse to be sat inside when you could be exploring the local area. For the purpose of fairness I think it is worth mentioning that parking can be a little difficult as there is a 2-hour limit on street parking - am not sure if a residents parking permit is available to be left in the townhouse for guests to use in future. One exceptional point to mention is the communication with the owner - we found on arrival that the iron had been broken by a previous guest and not reported. When I mentioned this to the owner they went out of their way to bring a new replacement to the house within 30 mins of me mentioning it which is above and beyond. This was superb service and really goes to show the owner wants the guest to have the best stay and experience. Kitty's townhouse is somewhere I would recommend and stay again without hesitation.

Perfect

The description and the property matched perfectly. Great location to walk into town, quiet area. It was exactly what we need to disconnect and relax. Communication was excellent. We wished we had stayed longer but will definitely try to get this place again when we come back to Ireland.

The house was fab. I would say if your calling the house kitty's townhouse please put the name on the outside of the house also. The eircode told me you have reached your destination but i did have to look for the house

Cute, tidy and downtown

A wonderful place to stay in downtown Tullamore. Walking distance to the local shops and restaurants, and an easy jumping off point for us to travel a different direction every day. Full size kitchen had everything we needed and the wifi came in handy for planning and checking the news. Wish we had had more time to explore the very well stocked bookshelves.

We would highly recommend staying in Kittys townhouse. The place was close to town, very clean, had lots of information about the area, soda bread,milk,coffee machine. Good communication. 10/10.

Lovely Country Townhouse

The townhouse was exactly the same as it was listed and it was perfect! The town was also very nice and had everything you could need in case you forgot to bring something. Overall the owner was very easy to get ahold of and was really helpful if I had questions about anything including the train. I felt very comfortable and it was well stocked with kitchen utensils and dishes making it easy to cook meals. I even enjoyed having all the Irish books and atlas and the character of the home was very welcoming. I would definitely stay here if I can make back to Ireland in the future!

We enjoyed our short stay here in Tullamore. The townhouse is charming and comfortable and so close to the center of town and restaurants. Claire is pleasant and friendly. Check in was easy. I look forward to returning and staying again at the townhouse.

This was a wonderful space to stay in Tullamore. It was clean and organized. There was food for breakfast and a washer/dryer for laundry. There was a drawer with games for couples or families to play. The decor was eclectic and fun. The location was great, being a block from the northern end of city centre.

What a delightful place to rest from a long trip and spend time in a delightful city center place. Quiet, peaceful and so close to downtown. Don't miss this bright sparking townhouse!

Fantastic stay!

This is a fabulous house! It has obviously been recently renovated but kept it's original old charm. It's spotlessly clean and has all mod cons(no TV or WIFI though). The owners were extremely helpful and had even provided tea, coffee and breakfast provisions. It is well within walking distance to the town which suited me. I loved it.
