The BEST condo! So many thoughtful and generous items for a family to use (lip balm, beach chairs, chair carrier, beach towels, detergent, lotion, seasonings, coffee). Owner so kind, generous, and thoughtful. My favorite experience ever

Belinda was an amazing host. She answered all of my questions before and during the trip in a quick manner. She is sweet, caring and extremely generous. Our family has stayed in many home rentals in the last 25 years and Belinda’s property far exceeded any experience we have had. From all of the housewares, linens , and many extras that do not usually come with rentals (cooking condiments, toiletries, paper goods, beach accessories the Golf Cart!and many more - FULLY STOCKED) we were truly grateful for all of the additions that helped to make our stay more comfortable. The unit itself was spotless and at a beautiful, serene location with lots to do in the area for all ages!

Great place for family vacation in Sandestin

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this amazing condo and appreciate how well stocked with everything a family would need and then some. Would highly recommend this family friendly unit. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Great place

Stayed here in late March, everything was perfect. Room was well stocked with everything we could imagine needing, very clean. Good communication with Belinda was easy and quick. Location was also nice, easy access from the pool area to the beach. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!

Sandestin spring break

Great trip! Condo is in the perfect location, clean, and stocked with everything you could need and more for a fantastic stay. Great beach gear in wonderful condition. We can’t wait to return!

Awesome stay

Belinda’s condo was absolutely lovely! She goes above and beyond with lots of extra amenities (like paper plates and beach towels:) Super convenient to get to the beach and pool! I would definitely stay again with my family.

Phenomenal Stay!

I have taken my kids to Miramar Beach every Spring Break for the last 10 years and have stayed in a variety of VRBOs. This location is hands down the best location we have stayed. The host has thought of everything you might need to make your vacation phenomenal and worry free! The condo is extremely neat and organized and includes many of the comforts of home. This is one I highly recommend!!

The property is well-maintained and stocked beyond expectations. The check-in was seamless. Instructions by the owner prior to arrival were thorough and clear. The kitchen had all amenities for cooking, eating and easy clean up. The location offered beautiful views from the balcony. The property is right on the beach, a few steps from the building to the sand. We would definitely return.

Gorgeous well stocked condo that makes you feel at home...close to everything!

This is our 2nd time staying at this condo. It exceeds all expectations and then some. Imagine your mom coming in before and stocking it with all your favorites and things you will need...but always forget !!!! We look forward to our next stay!

May 2025 vacation!

Excellent experience at this property. Very clean. Belinda is an excellent host and has gone above and beyond for her guests. Lot’s of information supplied before check in. I found this very useful. Belinda is easy to communicate with and I feel would have assisted with whatever we needed. Over the years we have stayed in many condo’s. This is one of the best experiences. Thank you.

Perfect

Care free condo experience. The host paid attention to details. If you needed it, it was available. All you need is your flip flops,beach and a grocery run. I highly recommend you explore the condo before that grocery run, you'll be surprised. Out of all the condos I've rented this was by far my favorite.Im already planning our next visit! far my favorite

First, I have to give credit to our host. She was incredibly kind, responsive, and communicated very well throughout our stay. She helped us quickly resolve an issue with the refrigerator and was at the property almost immediately when we had a problem with the door access code during check-in. Five-plus stars for the host!The property is exactly as advertised and exceptionally well stocked. You can arrive straight from the airport without worrying about the little things. Thoughtful extras like coffee, filters, salt and pepper, cookware, beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella made our stay much more convenient.The unit itself is somewhat dated. The kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, and furnishings don’t have the newer coastal style found in some similarly priced rentals nearby. The golf cart is older but worked perfectly.The biggest advantage is the third-floor Gulf-front location. Morning coffee on the balcony while watching and listening to the waves was a highlight of our trip.Although parts of the unit show their age, everything was exceptionally clean, and it was obvious the housekeeping team takes pride in their work. The owner has also made practical upgrades, including newer appliances and a strong HVAC system.Overall, this is an excellent choice if you prioritize location, cleanliness, and a wonderful host over having the newest finishes. We’d happily stay here again.

This condo exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely come again and recommend to friends. First, the location was perfect in Sandestin resort. Beach was beautiful with plenty of beach supplies provided. Not crowded since it is private for the condo building owners and guests. Belinda also provided a good amount of information before our arrival including nice recommendations. The condo unit itself was perfect for us. Well stocked is an understatement. Best stocked VRBO I’ve ever stayed at. Super clean when we arrived which my girlfriend is particular about and truly appreciated. Everything was in working order. Pool area was nice though we were mostly at the beach. There was a poolside shack for food and drinks which was convenient to grab lunch (burgers, sandwiches, salads). Safe area in a gated community with access codes required to get onto your specific condo building grounds. Overall, happy we chose this place for our vacation.

Warmth—Inside and Out

There are not enough good words to express our joy with our stay! From scheduling to checkout, Ms Kimble and her workers provided beautiful accommodations, spotlessly clean, exceptionally equipped for both our “needs” and our “wants.” If I could have brought the bed home with me, I would have!!! Belinda is very organized and anticipated any questions/needs we had. Both condos were beautiful and our vacation was filled with joy and many, many happy memories…often due to our host’s preparation and hospitality. Thank you for a wonderful vacation…your care truly has warmed our hearts. We will see you again, Lord willing. Thank you, Friends.

Awesome accommodations

This property Sun Sea’d had by far the best amenities. This condo had everything you could need for a beach vacation. Chairs, umbrellas, a wagon to carry your beach supplies. Toys and boogie boards, beach towels, if you needed it, it was there. The kitchen was equipped with all the appliances you could need, it had a filled pantry for cooking, spices, condiments, plenty of paper towels, paper plates, utensils. I have never had a condo that provided all these amenities. If you wanted to fly to Destin and not worry about taking all those extras, this condo is what you need. We were there during hurricane Helene, the owner kept in touch with us to be sure we were prepared for any weather, she was the Best! Definitely will stay with her again! The attention and planning she takes for guests is amazing. Gift bags with lotions in each bathroom, mentos for snacks in each bedroom and a toy for the kids! Amazing attention to every detail to make your vacation the best possible and worry free.

Winter escape to Sandestin

Condo is very well-equipped with everything you could possibly need during your visit. The owner provides very thorough instructions and information to make the most out of your visit. Condo was clean and lived up to its billing and the online representations. We did experience a bathroom maintenance issue during the stay, but these things happen and it was resolved. The positives for this condo greatly outweigh the opportunities for improvement… two items to share: 1) be frugal with the use of hot water; there were only two of us, and the second person taking a shower definitely experienced less hot water; 2) the shower head in the master bathroom is overly complex with much less water pressure vs. the other bathroom shower. To be clear, these are minor items and we greatly enjoyed our stay… we would not hesitate to stay in this condo again in the future. The owner clearly cares about ensuring a positive experience for visitors.

Tom, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I appreciate your pointing out that the condo is clean and well stocked. I am bummed that you felt that you had to take away review points, and I am saddened that you did not let me know about your showering experience while you were there -- I am all about getting things fixed and having happy guests. To address specifics, the maintenance issue was not in my unit -- it was between walls and involved a different condo, and Tom was kind enough to allow the workman access in order to diagnose the issue. I am not sure what might account for the lack of hot water, as big families are just about the rule in this condo and I have never had any problems before. We had a few wicked-cold days in January, and it is possible that the water heater could have benefitted from an upward nudge of the thermostat, had I known it was taking longer than usual to heat water. The shower head does have a wing valve on it that allows you to adjust the water pressure and turn off the water flow without re-adjusting the controls. In some states this valve is required by code for water conservation, but I like it because when you have a sunburn, the reduced water pressure is a lifesaver. I talk about it in my arrival information, but I see how it can seem complicated. I apologize for Tom's less than perfect stay. I will definitely make changes to address the showering, and I look forward to a flawless stay for my future guests.
