18th århundrede bindingsværkshus, klassificeret ***, renovering 2019

Hello Barbara, Thank you for your feedback! As clearly stated on our page, bed linen is included in the price, but we cannot provide towels to groups due to logistical reasons. Occasionally, we do help one or two guests, and we do so willingly and free of charge. Since your comment seems to highlight a misunderstanding between Svetlana and me on this matter, I wanted to clarify things. I expected you to see it as a thoughtful gesture and a sign of hospitality that exceeded your expectations. If you had brought your own towels (as almost all guests do), why did you ask for more? And why did this service ultimately detract from your stay with us?

Thank you Silke for your message. After our conversation about the balcony, I felt bad for you and I checked. It is written on the presentation of the guesthouse that a small place on the top of the outside stairs can be helpful for smokers. I never wanted to confuse anyone, and nobody has ever complained about it! However, I'm very sorry for this, and I hope you spent a great time here after all. Best regards, Sébastien 😊

Good evening Ms. Lammert, Thank you for your feedback and your 10/10 rating :-) Cleanliness is our priority. Many guests have commented on the impeccable cleanliness of the premises, and we have never received any complaints about dirt. I would appreciate it if you could be more specific so that we can identify areas for improvement: our cleaning lady has been the same since we opened; she is very reliable and professional. I hope you will help us resolve this issue and improve! Sincerely, Sébastien
