Thank you for your feedback. We do want to clarify several points for future guests reading this review. Our unit is thoroughly cleaned and prepared prior to each guest’s arrival, and none of these concerns regarding cleanliness, odor, the mattress, furniture, or kitchen items were brought to our attention at any point during your stay. Had we been notified, we would have had the opportunity to investigate and address any legitimate concerns promptly. Unfortunately, communication during and after this reservation was difficult. Following checkout, we also discovered that items were missing from the unit. When we initially contacted you regarding them, this was disputed; however, it was later acknowledged that the items were in fact missing, and a charge was assessed accordingly. We take guest feedback seriously and continually maintain and inspect our property. At the same time, we believe it is important to provide context when significant complaints are raised only after checkout—particularly when we were never given an opportunity to address them during the stay and when there was a separate issue involving missing property. We remain committed to providing our guests with a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained place to stay.

Thank you for being a great guest! Most guests tend to use the West elevators, (ground floor lobby in Tower 1), because it is closest to the skywalk and Lobby, however, the East wing elevators have lower traffic which typically run a lot faster! I'm glad you thoroughly enjoyed the condo!!

Hi James, I don't believe your review is genuine and is solely out of spite since you did not receive a discounted rate like you wanted prior to even arriving for your reservation. Even so, throughout your stay, we went out of our way to accommodate you out of courtesy.

Thanks for the feedback, Sue! We pride ourselves with a clean and fresh unit so we are just as disappointed to hear that as you are and have made our housekeepers aware to be more careful. We try our best not to keep foods laying around to avoid pests and in case any of our guests are allergic to any spices/foods. We want all of our guests to share the same clean and safe experience at our condo. We hope to see you soon!

Hi Rick, We encourage honest reviews, but we regret to see that your comments do not reflect the accurate details. There was an incident that needed maintenance to repair the bathroom, however, we did relocate you to complete the job, but you did not want us completing the job. You did not allow anyone to come in to finish the job and pushed for a refund while continuing to stay for the entirety of your reservation. We have since spoken to you directly and do welcome you back in hopes that you can experience an even better stay with us.

Andrew, we regret to hear you experience was not as you had hoped, however, the issues were addressed during your stay and we have reached out personally. We will say, that we do not appreciate your false claims made in this review and are surprised to hear your false accusations. We pride ourselves in making our guest's experience enjoyable during the time they are in our home and try to accommodate any issues that may or may not have been caused by us. We want to make clear that our resort regularly has pest control inspections and cleared. Again, we regret to hear your experience was negative and have addressed you privately. All the best.

Unfortunately, the elevators are out of our control as peak a seasons tend to be busier with the number of guests that stay in the resort. so we are a little sad to see our ratings were 3 stars due to this. However, we are glad to hear that this was the only issue you had and enjoy our condo!
