This is a lovely property, with a well-stocked kitchen. The house was clean and the pictures of the property are spot on. Only thing we had issues with were most of the TVs were not on network, so we couldn't watch TV in some of the rooms ( for those that like the television on all night when they sleep). I don't care for the TV on at night while I sleep. But the main TV in the family room worked well. The host checked on us the morning of our second day there just to make sure everything was good with the house, which I appreciated, and also very quickly responded when I had questions about the pool hours. We we will be staying again.

The AC was not working on the 2nd floor. I called the property manager and in less than hour it was fixed— on Memorial Day weekend. I was very impressed with how quickly they took care of it. The living room/ dining room / kitchen area was large and laid out nicely for our family. The kitchen has 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers— plus it was well equipped. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms also. I really appreciated the elevator — especially to move suitcases and food around. I LOVE that there was a beach chair/tent service. It wasn’t crowded at all on the beach even though it was a holiday weekend. My kids used the pool and enjoyed it. Checkout was a breeze. My only wish is that I wish there were more chairs on the 3rd floor balcony. I plan on coming back.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re glad our team was able to get the AC issue resolved quickly, especially over Memorial Day weekend, and that your family enjoyed the spacious layout, well-equipped kitchen, and all the amenities. It’s great to hear the elevator, beach service, and pool all added to a smooth and enjoyable stay. We appreciate your note about the 3rd-floor balcony seating as well- that’s helpful feedback and we’ll keep it in mind. We’d love to host you and your family again!

Beautiful home in a beautiful place!

Great stay for everyone! The house was big enough to accommodate our family, and had amenities that suited all our needs. We came in rather late and in the dark, but the clear instructions provided ahead of time made getting in and settled VERY easy. My father, who has trouble with stairs, was happy to find the elevator was reliable and easy to use. Finally, the easy access to the beach made our ocean-loving crew happy! Couldn’t have asked for a better getaway!

Great space and perfect serenity!

This house is great but we thought it was odd to only have one dishtowel, pillows without pillow cases and no way to clean the floor. The kitchen is double loaded on amenities but one dishtowel.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at this home last week. It was so close to the beach and it had parking for all the families meeting here for our vacation. Inside the home; having all the bedrooms and bathrooms was wonderful. We had 15 people (all adults) and it was easily adequate. The kitchen had 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves - and plenty of space to move around. And, everyone loves all the decks off the rooms where they could hang out or pop out for a private phone call. And - loved the elevator to assist all the stairs when bringing in luggage and food. Terrific stay !

What a great place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a wonderful time staying in Grace. It is a beautiful home on a beautiful location. There were about 4 drilling ships visible from the beach but that didn’t make the stay any less wonderful. We’ve already rebooked for next year. I will say that the location is about 25 minutes away from other shopping areas but there is a great little grocery story about 10 minutes away. I love this home!!
