Great property!

The house was very clean and well stocked. The location was perfect for our stay. The owner was so easy to deal with and friendly. Will definitely be back to stay at this property again.

We rented this house because it was my sisters wedding weekend. This house ended up being the perfect spot to host hair and makeup the morning of her special day. Very spacious and clean. The basement was very nice and worked out perfectly for my family (2 adults and 3 kids) to sleep while my in-laws had plenty of room upstairs. I would stay here again.

The house and backyard were lovely! We took full advantage of the backyard and sat/played outside almost every night. The house also had pretty much every amenity you could need. Our family had a wonderful time!

Nice house with a big beautiful backyard and screened in porch. The basement has lots of beds and hangout space the kids loved. It is close to the bike path and Spring Lake beach. It is on a busy road so pulling in and out can be hard.

Sisters Trip

My six sisters, sister-in-law, and I thoroughly enjoyed a 4 night stay here. The house was the perfect size for us and well appointed. The beds were all comfy and we had numerous rooms to hang out in. The towels and linens were plentiful and of great quality. The large backyard had an amazing dining area and a separate fire pit area. We enjoyed the location of the house as it was walkable to Spring Lake Beach and a short drive to Grand Haven.

Great place in amazing location!

The home was lovely with a spacious backyard! Loved the location that was close to everything on a main road but was very quiet and peaceful! Everyone had a wonderful time and we hope to come back to Grand Haven again!

Awesome Stay!

The home was very clean and had a very home like feeling. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The location was great and close to everywhere we needed to go. The home was spacious and had plenty of rooms and beds to accommodate all of us.

The stay in Sunset on Savidge was good. The house was nice clean and suitable for our family vacation. The backyard is nice and the house is close to the lake (walking distance). The WiFi only works in the basement near the router which was very frustrating and the street is very busy which makes backing out to leave difficult. The Village Baker down the street had amazing food and delicious coffee. The owner was responsive to requests,

Great house for family with room to spread out

We enjoyed this house that gave every one room to relax. It was a busy weekend wedding and we loved how close it was to all events. The beds and linens are wonderful. Plenty of space for our family cook out. Our host was so nice and available when we needed her.

Great family house

The house was as advertised very roomy for a big family. The downstairs was perfect for the kids. Close to Muskegon and Grand Haven. Spacious backyard. Very clean and the host was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place!

This is a really nice house to stay at. We enjoyed it. However, the backyard path to the bike path does not exist. We were able to access it from another place. But the house suited our needs nicely.

Great little place to stay

Loved this little house and the set up was perfect for our family. It is tucked off a busy street but we didn't notice it too much. Right be a walking path that you can take to the beach front beach about a 13min walk on a nice path (this path you can walk all the way into grand haven) Has several rooms (sitting areas) which is nice but hard to have a large gathering because there are so many walls between the rooms (older house)

Sunset on Savidge

Very lovely house. One clarification is the trail behind the house is not accessible from the property due to overgrown brush and steep grade. I drove down to a park area and accessed from that point.

Awesome place!

Property was absolutely perfect for our bachelorette weekend! The house is HUGE and spacious and we didn’t feel like we were crammed on top of each other. Plenty of room for our large group and having three bathrooms was key! Lots of linens, pots/pans, toiletries, Keurig and K-cups available for guests plus every room had an AC unit. Only downfall is that the house is on a very busy street and you could only fit 5-6 cars in the driveway (but parking available across the street). Highly recommend! Shasta is a great hostess and readily available for answers to any of your questions.

So clean and so cute

This house is immaculately clean and came with everything you would possible need. The backyard is huge and has tons on outdoor furniture to entertain. We had 6 kids all sleeping in the beautiful basement and they felt like they had their own space to hang out. Toiletries and essentials are stocked in every closet and we never needed to make a run to the store to get anything! Grand Haven is just 5 mins down the road so this was perfect for our group. Thanks for a great time, your house is very well kept and you do a great job.

Squatters?

We did not get the chance to stay here…. We were notified that there were squatters on the property and it would not be available. We were given very late notice and by that time there only a few properties left to accommodate our family so we ended up staying at another Vrbo…. Not a good place…. Very disappointing…

Weekend getaway

Very nice home. Welcoming decor and had everything we needed. We all had plenty of room. The screened in room is very nice, the outdoor area was very nice as well. The town is quaint and nice. We took a walk around the block to see the lake, there was a nice walking path behind the house but you could only get to it by walking around the block (nice walk, not very far). There are two bedrooms on the main level, the master bedroom was as described, the other room had two single beds in it (this was not advertised this way), this worked out fine, they were able to push the beds together to sleep closer to one another. The curtains in the master bedroom were not installed correctly and those fell off the wall, those will need to be fixed for the next guest. Welcome basket was so nice and appreciated. Overall great stay.

Great place to spread out and enjoy

Two couples in town for a wedding (and a couple of adult children). Plenty of room to spread out as the downstairs is like a stand alone dormitory with a great bathroom, beds, tv, fireplace and a great laundry room. The upstairs has two bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a living room and a family room that our two couples could have plenty of space. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need plus a nice dining room. There is also a 3 seasons room with a dining table that we used often. The added BONUS was the back yard which is massive and private with tables, chairs, and lounges. The communication with the owners was excellent. Great walking (or biking) trail right behind the property that we used everyday. I would call it a massive cottage!!! We will be back.

Perfect home for our group

This house was beautiful with all the necessities. Large enough to accommodate our party of 10. The screened-in patio area was a perfect place to eat our meals. True, it is on a busy road, but we never had to wait too long to get out of the driveway; maybe 2 minutes at most. The supplied toiletry items were a nice touch. Pros: Clean!! Comfortable beds Large back yard that leads to a bike path which you can take to the coffee shop, downtown, playground, dog park, and a small beach where you can watch the sunset. Three bathrooms – many of the other houses to rent in the area only had one or two, and with a party of 10 women, we definitely needed three. Well appointed kitchen. We had everything we needed to prepare our meals. A nice variety of coffee pods were available to use in the Keurig! Cons: Bring your own mirrors if you don’t want someone in the bathroom with you while you’re showering. Mirrors are only in the bathrooms which left us using our small mirrors in our make up compacts. Mirrors should definitely be installed in each bedroom to accommodate larger parties. While there are A/C units upstairs, the basement doesn’t offer them. Luckily it was cool enough in the evenings when were there so cracking a window made it comfortable enough for sleeping.

Spring Lake Wedding

We stayed here for a 4 day weekend for our daughter's Spring Lake Country Club wedding. Proximity to the venue and the surrounding amenities was great. The house is very spacious which was great because one person in our party had to work remotely and he had his own living room! The house was everything we needed, and everyone was comfortable. The screened in room and backyard could use a little more attention in terms of upkeep, but overall the house was perfect for our group of 6 adults.
