Guests are a short stroll from several wonderful restaurants and shops that Crystal Beach offers. Head due north one mile to visit the Destin commons for all the shopping and dining you could ever need! The Destin Commons has a bass pro shop if dad forgot his fishing gear and the state of the art AMC Destin Commons Theater! Crystal beach is near the heart of Destin where you’ll find go kart tracks, bowling alleys and the big kahuna water park. (About 5 minute from this home) roughly ten minute down the road is the Destin harbor-home to the largest private charter fishing fleet in the southeast! Enjoy deep sea fishing excursions, dolphin cruises and even pirate cruises for the kids!

This unit is a Deluxe Crystal Sands 2 bedroom. Room 305 has been fully updated and remodeled from top to bottom in the most tasteful fashion! The kitchen has been opened right up with an eat-in island added along with granite counter tops and stainless appliances throughout the kitchen. All furniture has been updated and is brand new. First Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Shared Walk-In Shower, Laundry.

Second Level: King Loft Bedroom with Shared Tub/Shower Combo, Bunk Room with Two Full/Twin Bunks.

*Parking for 2 vehilces per unit only. Vehicles without a proper parking pass is subject to be towed at the owners expense.

*Crystal Sands is a smoke free environment with no smoking of any kind on the grounds, walkways, balconies, patios, parking lots, sidewalks, boardwalks, or the beach.

*Personal umbrellas, tents, tarps, canopies, or cabanas are not permitted on the beach, except for baby tents, which must not exceed 48” in height. Two chairs and one umbrella are provided, and additional set-ups can be rented through the onsite beach service. Private chairs are allowed to be set up behind the rental row of umbrellas.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during Thanksgiving week and March through April.

*Crystal Sands will undergo exterior waterproofing, painting, and other building improvements beginning on or before November 1, 2026, with work expected to last approximately 3–4 months, weather permitting. Guests may experience construction noise, temporary restrictions to balconies and common areas, and periods of limited or unavailable unit access. Rates reflect a discount for this construction activity.
