Dear Carole, We're so sorry to read your comments. We want all our guests to have a lovely holiday experience and we're disappointed that this wasn't the case for you. We have taken your feedback seriously and have replaced the sugar, teacups, teapot and toaster. The cleaning team have tightened their checks too so we're confident the property is back to its usual high standard of cleanliness.
