Magnifique gîte, belle région, mais à proximité de l’autoroute

Gîte très grand, bien garni, superbe piscine en accord avec les photos. A souligner : environnement assez bruyant ( route, autoroute, base aérienne) -peu d’éclairage exterieur

Sein und schein

Das Ganze Haus und die Umgebung sind wirklich traumhaft. Es ist aber sehr enttäuschend , wenn ein Haus für 14 Personen angeboten wird und dann nicht mal am selben Tisch ein gemeinsames Essen genossen werden kann, weil es weder Platz noch die Sitzmöglichkeit dazu gibt. Es ist auch absolut daneben, wenn man 1 Woche jeden Morgen kalt duschen muss und das bei einem Haus zu dem stolzen Preis. Wir haben es täglich gemeldet!! ABER DER HAMMER IST DANN, WENN MANN EINE REDUKTION MÖCHTE UND EINEM VORGERECHNET WIRD, WAS EIN HOTEL ODER EIN CAMPINGPLATZ GEKOSTET HÄTTE. Für mich einfach nur eine lausiger Service!! Schade dort bestimmt nie wieder

I loved having Peggy and her friends! They were great with corresponding the purpose of their trip, they treated my place like their own, and most importantly, they are such warm people. Comfortable and near to restaurants & beach clubs

The property is really nice, very modern, comfortable and very clean. We have found everything we need, nothing is missing. It is a 2-minute drive from the sea. We thank Massimo Conti again for the hospitality that has reserved for us and we hope to return to stay in this lovely house :)

Excellent

We loved this very large villa in the historic area of Bocca di Magra. The bedrooms were large with plenty of large windows to catch the evening breeze. We enjoyed the large pool area space as well as a relax areas for sharing meals and playing games. Bocca di Magra is a lovely village with shops restaurants and everything you need.

Great stay !

We where 2 families with a total of 10. Beautiful property with large garden and infinity pool. Great to eat outside. It is such a beautiful house in a unique and outstanding position. The owner and his team were amazingly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended indeed :)

Perfect

This is the second time we rent Villa Micol. We love the location of this property set between Liguria and Tuscany . We were a little disappointed to learn that there is no washing machine in the house but there is a laundromat in Sarzana which is just a few km from the property. Villa Micol is really comfortable and it is the right place for those who want to visit Cinque Terre, Lerici, Versilia and surroundings. A special tks to seaandcountryvillas for their recommendations and wine tour.

La casa es muy buena, con excepción del aire acondicionado. Las habitaciones son muy calientes, el aire no baja de 25 grados en su interior, lo que hace imposible estar adentro. Si se prenden los airees a veces se va la luz, pero,ni así, la casa logra una temperatura Buena. Salvo esta dificultad, que no es menor, por que el calor es insoportable, la casa está muy bien, sobretodo la piscina

NICE HOLIDAY !!!

We spent a week there and found it to be perfect for our family of eight. My teenage daugthers slept in the dependance and enjoyed their semi - autonomy . The staff was extremely helpful and available when needed while still allowing for the feeling of privacy of being at our own place. The beach is is only 2 minutes drive. An open parking area is at a walking distance to the villa. We can't wait to book our next trip!

Lovely!

We loved Villa MIcol ! The staff in Italy were so friendly and helpful. The lovely pool was very popular with the younger members of our family in particular. Rooms were cleaned and very comfortable . The kitchen was large and fully equipped. Thank you for the wine ( which we thoroughly enjoyed) and tks for the booking process which was so efficient.

Everything super!

the ideal situation if you are a group of friends (actually we were five couples plus 2 friends) and want to have some nice BBQ until late at night, maybe followed by a nice pool bath

Wonderful

We stayed at villa Micol only for a week in june and it wasmagnificent and memorable. The house is in a quiet location with a large pool and huge garden. Fantastic place for kids who were used to play football all days. Excellent for adults who were used to swim in the pool day and night. Thank you very much indeed for these beautiful memories.
