This is a completely renovated one-bedroom apartment located in Sao Bento which accommodates 2 guests. Accessed by elevator it’s equipped with two single beds, a bathroom with a big shower, an open plan kitchen, a living/dining room, dishwasher, free Wi-Fi Internet and cable TV. The room also has a sweet street view balcony. For your convenience, this apartment is located next to a garage with a 24h ticket available.



This apartment has been thoughtfully decorated with attention to details in order to make your stay in Lisbon unforgettable and to feel the daily Lisbon heartbeat.



It’s located only 10 minutes walking distance from Rato metro station. Liberty Avenue and Principe Real are only 20 minutes away by foot. Near the apartment, you can find the São Bento market with traditional food. You can also find the Assembly of the Republic, museums and many local shops, such as different restaurants, bars and groceries shops and car parking.

Great apartment well worth booking

Spacious and well equipped apartment Great help from Ines Coffee table in lounge would be good, some coat hooks in the hall and a airer/dryer in the utility room

This was the perfect place for me to stay during my 10 day trip to Lisbon. I wanted a place with an outdoor space, and the balcony overlooking R. Sao Bento was a great way to people watch or just relax. The apartment has 2 air conditioners, and they work very well, I also was looking for an apartment with a full kitchen so that I could forage at the many markets in Lisbon and then come back and cook for myself. The place had all the accoutrements that you would want to cook- decent knives, cutting board, placemats, two decent ceramic pans, a drip coffee maker and a nespresso machine, along with oven and microwave and full size refrigerator. The bed is two twin beds next to each other, I could not lay on both of them at the same time as I had originally planned, but I am very tall and the twin size bed was very comfortable. I slept very well while I was there. There is a whole dining table and a couch as well as a room where you can hang your laundry. There is no laundry machine, the only minus. The rainfall shower head was perfect. I didn't turn on the TV, but you can open the downstairs and apartment door using your phone which was so convenient. I would stay here again for sure.

Excellent!

The apartment is in a central location, within walking distance of the main shopping and entertainment area. It was also very convenient to have a bus stop right in front of the building. The room was spacious, clean, and well laid out, with a separate bedroom and living area. The bathroom was thoughtfully equipped, not only with a hairdryer but also a hair straightener, which was a nice touch. There were also five USB ports available, which was very handy. We had two single beds, and they were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. I wasn’t sure if the coffee machine was working or not. If there were some instant coffee, it was much easier but it wasn’t a big deal.

7 Days in Lisbon

This was an excellent apartment with everything we needed to be comfortable, eat in if we wanted. it was easy to explore the city with a bus stop outside, tram and metro close by. Cafes and restuarants in the street. Laundry close by. We would stay again

We had a nice time

Nice, spacious apartment for 2 poeple located in a pleasant area with bus stops front of the door, nice cafes and small grocery store a few steps away. Ideal location to discover Lisbon for a few days. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Communication with Filipa was very good and helpful. the shower drain

This is a very nice apartment. While the location is somewhat far from the major tourist areas, this contributes to a less touristy neighborhood, yet it is still conveniently close to shops and restaurants. Additionally, the bus stop is nearby, although it’s easier to manage the transit card at subway stations in Lisbon. The only issue I encountered was that one of the air-conditioning remotes was a low-battery; however, since one remote works for both air conditioners, it was not a significant problem.

The flat was very clean, new and friendly. We appreciated the spacious facilities to store the clothes and our other belongings. The appartment is located very central. We would like to have more glasses, plates and cutlery, so that you really can fill the dishwasher.

Close to transit, but a bit noisy

In a safe neighborhood, and close to transit, but too far to walk to most sights. There is no central heating/cooling, though portable heaters and fan are provided. It's a busy area with a lot of noise at night. Walls are thin. Bring earplugs!

Great flat needs some TLC

The flat was in a great neighborhood. Check in was easy (though one message stated that someone was meeting us and a different message instructed us to us the app to access... we figured it out). This is a cute apartment with everything you need. It is showing some signs of wear, like chipped dishes and peeling paint. It was clean but could use a deep clean.

Great apartment when visiting with baby

Location is perfect for tourists with baby/toddler and the guidebook was very helpful. The apartment is like in the pictures and welcoming. Filipa is quick in responding and the communication was easy. Cleanliness: floors seemed clean, but socks were quite dirty after walking in the apartment. Mops seemed to have been used before and hence didn't really help in cleaning. The doors inside the apartment were not clean either, maybe they could use a quick wash. Kitchen wear: coating of all pans is scratched thus we couldn't use it. Misc: clothespin missing, I thought they would be brought over within our stay. As I had to do laundry, I bought some, they are now in the red basket hanging on the ironing board.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Lisbonne. Le logement était très propre, bien entretenu et décoré au goût du jour. L’emplacement était excellent, près de tout : restaurants, commerces, transports et principales attractions. Tout s’est déroulé comme prévu et le logement correspondait parfaitement à la description. Nous n’hésiterions pas à y séjourner de nouveau lors d’une prochaine visite à Lisbonne. Merci pour cette belle expérience!

Die Wohnung ist perfekt, wenn man die Stadt erkunden möchte und möglichst nahe an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten dran sein möchte. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es Obst, einen Supermarkt und mehrere hervorragende Bäckereien.

Nette Wohnung mitten in Lissabon

Relativ große, helle Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Für einen Städtetrip empfehlenswert. Leider ist die Straße sehr laut, aber das gilt für ganz Lissabon. Supermarkt ganz in der Nähe. Das Türöffnen per App klappt super und macht den Check in sehr einfach. Der Balkon braucht definitiv ein /zwei Sitzgelegenheiten, ein zusätzlicher Windschutz wäre sehr vorteilhaft.
