The apartment offers two double bedrooms: one with a double bed measuring 1.60 x 1.90 m and an en-suite bathroom with shower, and another with two single beds measuring 0.90 x 1.90 m each. The second full bathroom with shower is outside the bedrooms, accessible from the living room. Additionally, there is a wonderful furnished terrace on the upper floor, perfect for relaxing and enjoying to the fullest.

Padre Marchena Street is one of the quietest in the city center and the Arenal neighborhood, known for its exclusive homes and safe environment. Nearby, you’ll find numerous bars, renowned restaurants, small shops, and two supermarkets. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
