There was a horrible smell in the room. The furniture and covers and linens was sticky/musty. Kinda felt like a party house/condo for college kids. We stayed 1 night and Blue Swell Vacation rentals put us in a different unit.

Awesome Location, Awesome Balcony, Just What We Needed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What an AWESOME trip. This location was awesome. It's not in the heart of PCB, but just a few minutes’ drive to everything. The Gulf Front balcony was outstanding and big enough to hang out on when you're not at the beach. Great views, great property - clean and well maintained. Some things to note that DID NOT affect the quality of our stay - Pillows need replacing, no sharp knife or casserole dish, dishwasher works but doesn't dissolve pods. Property allows for delivery of food and groceries without a problem. Packages shipped via Amazon arrive at the office and they notify you by text that you have a package. HUGE PLUS!!! Would DEFINITELY stay again and already planning our next beach trip.

Family Vacation July 26

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at this condo. The condo comfortably slept 8. The location was great and we could still hear the ocean even on the 20th floor. My only complaints are the kitchen is missing a spatula and the outdoor furniture on the balcony needs replaced.

Beach Vacation

The condo was as expected with a gorgeous view of the beach from the balcony. Couldn’t have asked for a better space for my family to stay, spacious and plenty of room for everyone.

Me and my 2 girlfriends had a blast at the beach, the condo is on the 20th floor tower 1 and the views were spectacular! The elevators were not super slow like at some condos I’ve stayed in so that was a huge plus especially being on the 20th floor. Things to consider would be a Kureg coffee machine, the condo only had a regular coffee pot, an ice maker in freezer is much needed and location of trash chute is a must bc we couldn’t find it lol…. Other that those simply things it was great, the beds are very comfy and even though there were only the 3 of us we couldn’t find have slept 2 more very easily. The condo is in a great location and the chair service at Grand Panama is awesome and made our days much easier, even though they are not included in the price it was real worth the 99 to rent them for 4 days instead of having to drag chairs back and forth everyday, the pool, hot tub and Tiki bar were a great end of day retreat before going up to the condo, the grounds n on site staff are also very beautiful and accommodating! So if you like a peaceful beautiful getaway I’d highly recommend Grand Panama and this unit…..Thank you Jason for always answering any questions we had, hope to see you again soon!

Fantastic

Spring break

The condo was clean and in a fantastic location. We did have to buy quite a few items for cooking our meals as there weren't a lot of cooking utensils but overall everything was good.

Happy beach days

It was great location and plenty of space for a family of 8. The only problem was parking in the garage. It was at it’s maximum capacity when we got back from dinner

Blended family

We had an amazing stay despite a hiccup with beach chairs. The facility did correct the situation. I would definitely return here again. Condo was clean and great location. Our entire family had a blast

Beautiful!

My family and I enjoyed every second of this trip! Beautiful home with an amazing view to the ocean. Morning sunrise and evening sunset were a blessing to see! We drove from Kansas to PCB and will continue to do so as many times s as we can in the years to come to this same spot hopefully! Facilities and staff were also great!
