A fantastic villa

We loved our stay in this very pleasant villa in beautiful surroundings and with a very helpful host. Everthing was new, clean and very high standard including the large pool.

Fab villa close to Omiš

We had a wonderful time here. The villa was amazing and the views around the pool are great. 15 mins drive to Omiš and beaches nearby. Kate the host was amazing. She arranged a custom made birthday cake and even got us some dental supplies from the orthodontist when we’d forgotten something! Also Kate has a boat you can hire for the day. We had the most amazing trip on the boat and visiting all the sights with just our group on the boat really made the experience (birthday treat) so special. Also say hi to the pet tortoises in the garden!

excellent villa in a quiet place close to Omis

Large villa in Gata, 10-15 min drive to Omis. Having a car is a must as there are no large stores / restaurants in close proximity. Very amiable and helpful hosts, Kate and Ivan, offered us welcome treats and cooked a traditional octopus Peka which was a delight. Kate also helped us arranging rafting, windsurfing and a trip to Brac (all highly recommended). Sparking clean and large rooms and bathrooms, huge outdoor space with a swimming pool and plenty of sitting areas. Fully equipped kitchen. Extremely quiet and tranquil location with beautiful views of the mountains and local villages. Would definitely recommend and come back again ourselves.

A lovely villa with lovely mountain views

A lovey villa in a lovely location with great views. Perfect for the 5 of us to spend our week. Host was extremely informative and helped us book trips with a better rate as well as a local restaurant which was about a 20min walk called Arja. Totally recommend you do the pirate boat tour which was amazing. Great pool and hot tub, fabulous outdoor space. Definitely need a car to get around. Thankyou Kate for the liquors we very much appreciated that and enjoyed.

Un morceau de paradis

En général je trouve toujours un petit quelque chose à critiquer mais je ne vois vraiment rien à dire. Beaucoup d'attentions des propriétaires, maison superbe, propre, hyper équipée, calme avec une vue sur les montagnes mais à proximité de tout et surtout d'Omis. J'y retournerai certainement.

Beautiful place to stay!

We were a family of four, and the villa had everything we needed and more! It is just as beautiful as the photos suggest! Kate & Ivan, the owners, were amazing and so lovely! Kate helped us book some trips and got us a discount, she also took the time to cook us a lovely traditional Croatian meal, one evening, whiçh we all really enjoyed. The pool area was wonderful, and the kids liked the saltwater more than the usual chlorine! It was really nice to be up on the hillside, but still only 10mins drive from Omis, for lovely restaurants,the beach and heading out for boat trips! Thanks so much Kate for helping us have one of our favourite holidays and I would recommend your villa to everyone!

Brilliant stay at villa beybe. Fantastic villa, excellent location and description accurate.

We had a fantastic 2 weeks at Villa Beybe. The villa is modern, very clean and very well arranged. The outside space is excellent with a brilliant swimming pool and outside eating areas. The views were wonderful. We were a family of 5 and the size of the villa was excellent. The villa is located in a small village and the local supermarket is within a short walk. There are also 2 bars. The villa is less than 10 mins in the car from Omis. Omis is barely mentioned in guidebooks but it is really lovely and the drive down from gata is spectacular. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants especially Bastion and Fabrica. The rooftop bar is also great. There were lots of lovely beaches along the coast within a short drive and the beaches are so clean. We loved Brzet beach. We were really lucky as the owners were amazing. They organised our rafting trip on the Cetina river which was excellent and they also organised our boat trip to brac which was on a small boat (there were only 9 of us) which included lunch. So much better than going with a big tour operator. Kate and Ivan were excellent hosts, there when you needed them but also completely respected our privacy. We were only 45 mins from split which is definitely worth a visit. Would also recommend visiting Trogir. We were slightly worried when we booked the villa as we couldnt find any reviews but we neednt have been. It was everything that was advertised and more. We would highly recommend Villa Beybe.
