The unit was very nice however the furniture, bathroom, family room and kitchen are dated. The mirrors give an 80’s vibe. The unit was well stocked with everything needed to cook meals and all appliances worked well. It was very convenient for our grandkids to sleep on the bunk beds located in the hallway. They thought it was very cool. The primary bedroom was good size and the bed was comfortable. The patio was large with beautiful oceanfront views.Overall it was a great space and I’d recommend to others.

We enjoyed our stay due to the view and distance to the pool.... HOWEVER a few things were not good 1. UPDATE EVERYTHING 2. Why are the TVs so small3. The floors in the bathrooms are rotten 4. The area at the bottom of the patio doors is rusty5. The Shower Door in the room is broken 6. The Shower in the Hall Bathroom is sinking 7. The Dishes were dirty8. Add Dish holders

We had a wonderful stay overall! The condo was clean and comfortable. It is a little outdated in some areas, but it still felt cozy and welcoming. The only real issue we had was that the TV in the bedroom was very small, and the cable wasn’t working, so we weren’t able to watch TV at bedtime. That wasn’t a huge deal since we spent very little time in the room, although I do usually like to fall asleep with the TV on.What truly made this place special was the view. The balcony and ocean view were absolutely incredible! Whenever we were at the condo, we found ourselves sitting out on the balcony enjoying the scenery. The view alone made up for any minor shortcomings.The amenities were great as well. The pool was very nice, and we loved being able to see the beach while relaxing poolside. The gift shop downstairs was a pleasant surprise—everything was buy one, get one free, and there were plenty of affordable options. Having an ice cream shop downstairs was another bonus and made for the perfect treat after a day at the beach or pool.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again, especially for that amazing view!

The room was nice has a balcony view of the ocean. The only complaint was the check-in time wasn’t until 5pm even though the website says 4pm.

The location of the condo was perfect. We had a great view and close to the beach. As far as the condo well, we arrived an hour early and I did call several hours beforehand to get an early check in. They told me they had some work orders that needed to be cleared first and then we could get into the facility. About 3 hrs later we arrive and I call again to see if we can get into our condo early (they told me they would call me back which they never did). I then got transferred to a new customer service person who told me that the room was cleaned and they were waiting on the work orders to be cleared. I waited by the condo door for an hour and 20 mins and watched 2 cleaning ladies enter the condo and vacuum the inside and do whatever else they needed to do and then left. The bathroom showers had mold, the base boards were filthy, there were cobwebs in on the walls in the bedroom, they only leave you with 2 trash bags for your trash, and a hair dryer was listed but, there was not one provided. Other than the check in process of being lied to, we did enjoy our stay overall. The location is great and not far from restaurants and family activities.

Reviewer Comments: Based on the high end descriptions and prices, we were expecting a high end unit. Not the case - the furniture was very old and uncomfortable, the towels were thin, and the toilet paper was almost like sandpaper. The king size bed was fine. The location and gulf view was excellent; but this unit is in sore need of an upgrade. Also, our feet got very dirty from the floor - not sure if this was from inside the unit or from the balcony, or both. Regarding management staff, there was not any - not a soul, not a front desk, nothing.

The shower in the bathroom beside the bedroom was broken. Reported it on Sunday and it wasn’t fixed until Wednesday. The maintenance guy just enter red the condo. Never knocked or anything just came right on in. This was the only issue besides no spatula nor was there in dish clothes or towels for the kitchen.

Not very well kept up either. Cleaner doesn’t dust so most of the place was covered with dust. Much better places to stay.

The place was cleaned properly by the management company, but it could definitely use a fresh coat of paint and some attention to trim. Management company was great; however, this is the second time in a row we've rented through them and paid for the early check-in time and still had to call to get the code after they missed the window. A minor inconvenience, but it has happened twice.

Problem is we were there last at this same unit about 5 years ago and NOTHING has changed in it She even recognized the bedspread. It's not awful, just looks VERY tired. But the view is still wonderful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Always love Seascape.. this condo has a fabulous view and that’s why we chose it. It was perfect size for just 2 of us. The bed was comfortable and bathrooms sufficient. However, it’ needs a little updating. It’s time for bigger TVs in each room, furniture is losing support and fading, the kitchen needs an inventory check. Pans are looking shabby, no scissors, hot pads, or leftover containers. Appliances were superb though, very nice. My preference is more rugs. Tile floors are hard on me. But it looks great. Had a slow drain in the bathtub and called maintenance and it was fixed within a few hours. A great condo but just my opinion needs a little updating.
