It took them another 20 minutes after our scheduled move in time.

Great location, the house was clean and good amenities. Great views from the patio and balcony. Only thing is we would have expected it to have more supplies, for example we had to buy our own garbage bags and paper towel, and there were no beach towels.

PERFECT FOR LARGE FAMILY VACATION AT THE BEACH

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rent a house on the beach with a pool every year and The Mirage was the closest to perfect for our vacation. The large kitchen, large greatroom that opened out to the deck over the pool with the view of the beach/gulf was perfect. The closeness to the beach was especially good for our Senior vacationers. This house came with 4 Umbrellas and 8 Chairs which was more than accommodating for our group. The bedrooms were all good size with access to bathroom suites near by if not in the room. The smaller kitchen on the first floor was perfect for our overflow food and easy access to our bottle water and adult beverages. Benchmark Mgmt was awesome. I received almost daily messages about our stay, reminders about Trash Pickup the day before, and easy instructions on Access Codes,etc and exit directions. We had a weather related (non-urgent) issue that we reported and they responded quickly The rental was very clean and stocked with initial offerings. Our only suggestion to owners would be to fix some of the floor “issues” and ceiling water spotting, and lighting in kitchen/great room” area that would just go off in the kitchen area without anyone touching a switch. Would definitely recommend this property and will be considering it for the future

Lovely On-The-Water oceanfront 5 Bedroom 5 Bath with Private Pool

We loved the location. It is really 3 semi-private levels. 2 kitchens and decks off of each level were a bonus.It’s worth the cost of heating the pool for marginal spring days. And, the convenience of our own beach access plus beach chairs and umbrellas included and automatically set up were great.

The beach, the beach, the beach!

Fantastic location, near shopping and great restaurants. The pool could use some maintenance (heater not great) and updating, but being able to walk right out onto the beach is so worth it. The house was clean and well furnished and easily accommodated our family of 10 adults.

Exceeded all expectations

The pictures of this home are absolutely spot on! The house and decor were beautiful and very comfortable for a beach front home! The balconies had incredible views and we loved having the pool to swim! Management was great- we will be back!

Nice Property

A bit older home but reasonably well kept. Had a couple of issues that were remedied quickly by management. Located on a GREAT place on the beach. Amenities were excellent and the separate living areas were well thought out and fit our family perfectly.

PERFECT

We enjoyed being able to walk out the back door, down to our private beach with our chairs & umbrellas waiting for us. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets! We will definitely be coming back and staying at The Mirage!!

Check in was very easy. The house was perfect for our family of 8. The kitchen was very well appointed. The bedrooms were all comfortable, and the views from the decks were spectacular. The location was ideal. We were close to great restaurants and the Publix was only a few minutes away. The beach was not crowded and having the chair service was a real bonus. The management company was very responsive when we had an issue with the air conditioner and sent someone right away. The only negative would be the number is stairs to the beach for anyone with mobility issues. The walking/biking path is directly in front of the house. A great place!

Thanksgiving in FL

We really enjoyed our stay in The Mirage. Prepping food for our Thanksgiving feast was easy with the 2 kitchens. The view of the Gulf was gorgeous and made food prepping extra enjoyable. There were more supplies in the kitchen than are listed on the website, such as: a small crock pot, toaster, a chopper, full size coffee pots in both kitchens, and other things I cannot recall. It was a dream come true for me to have all my family under one roof. The Mirage accommodated all 4 families nicely!❤️💝
