Holiday villa located in Competa, province of Malaga, Andalucia.

The whole atmosphere of this villa is permeated by a rustic vibe, thanks to the materials used to build the accommodation, such as wood and stone.

As soon as you enter the house, you’ll be welcomed by a spacious living area, equipped with comfortable sofas, a brick fireplace and high, wooden-beam ceilings. This room also welcomes a dining area, where all the six guests of the villa can sit and share their meals. The fully-equipped independent kitchen completes the facilities of the living area, from which it’s separated from an old baler, which can also serve as a picturesque dining area. The house is provided with three spacious bedrooms with warm/cool air-con. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and an en-suite with shower, whereas the other two bedrooms are provided with two single beds each. There are two more bathrooms at the guests’ disposal, one with a shower, and the other with both bathtub and shower.
All bedrooms and living room are provided with warm/cool air-conditioning.

The villa’s outdoor area is mainly decorated with stone, which harmoniously integrates with colourful flowers and vine. The oval-shaped private pool offers the best place to cool yourself down during the hot summer afternoon, whereas in the covered porch with a dining area, you’ll enjoy the most delicious meals cooked on the nearby barbeque. The poolside sun loungers let you sunbathe as much as you want to. Lastly, don’t miss out on the staggering views of the surrounding hills of the Sierra Almijara, and even the Mediterranean Sea in especially clear days.

The property is not fenced.

The villa, which is also provided with a private parking area, is reachable via paved road. However, please keep in mind that the house is located on a hill; therefore, the access’s last 50 metres are steep.

Please note that if you get to the house after 9.30pm, you will be charged an extra fee of €50.
