Sometimes, due to the use of so many guests, the properties deteriorate and the structure of the accommodations, being originally conceived as homes, not as hotel rooms or apartments, do not satisfy 100% of the needs of our guests and for that we apologize. Regarding the price, it could be because we were in the middle of the high season on the islands and the prices are not so affordable, also because it is a holiday home, not a normal apartment. The truth is that it is located in a very privileged place on the island and has all the necessary services to spend a good holiday. In relation to the problems you mentioned about the swimming pool, the truth is that we have had difficulties to find out what was happening. After numerous attempts to communicate with the residents' association and a lot of insistence, they finally replied after a few days that the pool was not available for use. Regarding the coffee machine, we have tried to find a part to replace it, as yours had been damaged by previous guests. Finally, we had to replace the coffee machine with a new one.
