VILLA BOCORIS - 15 MIN WALK TO THE BEACH

The very bright and lightl Villa Bocoris is located in the area of Siller in Puerto Pollensa and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and restaurants and close by to the beautiful beach of Puerto Pollensa. This 3 bedroom Villa boasts a spacious pool terrace where you can relax in the Mediterranean sunshine whilst enjoying the glorious mountain views. This centrally located Villa has the added benefit of free WiFi, and all bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning/heating at no extra cost, to enhance your comfort they are available to be used at any time during the day.

Villa Bocoris is reached by a small country lane. The Villa lies in its own attractive grounds and is conveniently close to the beach, effectively combining all the essential elements of a relaxing villa holiday.

Entrance through the gates leads to a covered porch and the front door. At the back of the Villa there is a vine-covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool and leads through double patio doors into a spacious lounge, with a feature stone wall.
There is a large fully-equipped kitchen adjacent, complete with walk in larder and wooden units with marble worktops.

On ground floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom A spiral staircase leads up from the dining area to the mezzanine level where there is a double bedroom with great mountain views and a twin bedroom overlooking the private pool, both sharing a bathroom with shower.

All bedrooms and the living room include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night.

The exterior has an abundance of flowers and plants. To the side of the pool area is the bricked BBQ and seating, for those balmy Mediterranean evenings dining alfresco or lunches in the shade.

In Pollença you’ll find shopping a cultural center, the Pollença market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant.

Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the Sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing.

In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters

Villa Bocoris is a child friendly Villa as a fence around the pool can be installed, this way the children can play free and the adults can relax and have peace of mind. The extra charge for the fence on request is €59. This covers the cost of installing and removing the fence.
