Fabulous location and beatiful apartment

Stayed for 2 weeks with the family. The apartment was stunning, everything you could need. The location was fabulous. Peter who oversaw our stay was excellent any issues he dealt with promptly. Would definitely recommend.

The best location!

Beautifully appointed apartment in the heart of Puerto Pollensa. Unit is large and comfortable, suitable for families. Tons of natural light and beautiful views of the port complete with a wrap around balcony. Ideal location, plenty of restaurants and beach within walking distance. The beautiful beaches of Playa de Muro is just a short ride away. Can’t wait to return! Parking is hard to find but that’s out of your control.

Modern apartment in a great location

The apartment has been decorated to a great standard, it had all the facilities we Could need and was very spacious and clean. The views were breathtaking! Peter checked us in and out and was very accommodating. The boiler off the front bedroom was super noisy! Also the bed in the front room was very creaky.

Perfect stay. Best location of the village. Great apartment for 8 persons

Some days, the bathrooms really smell due to the dry sewage system. Maybe add some air fresheners. Not the accommodations fault, but could inprove the stay!

Great Location for a Cycling Trip

The VRBO was a great place to stay. The views were unparalleled and the unit was as advertised. It was large and spacious and was very clean we arrived. Communication with Joan was great and he was very responsive. He even gave us some restaurant recommendations in Port de Pollenca and they were spot on. Due to the timing of our trip, many local shops and restaurants were still closed, but the ones that were open did not disappoint. We did have some issues with the power breakers switching off for no reason, but it was manageable during the week.

Great Apartment and location

Had to admit, of all the accommodation we have had over the years, this is on par, if not better than the one we had as a family unit in Portugal. This had everything we needed, great rooms and space. Fantastic location, accessibility was not an issue for our grandson who was in a pushchair. All rooms where very clean and tidy. The view from the balcony was amazing. Our contact, Peter, was there whenever we needed a question answered and his attention to supporting us while away was sort on. I can honestly say that the whole experience was superb and this made the holiday perfect.

October half term 2023

A clean minimilist apartment with appropriate equipment and two fridges. Lovely views and big windows. Located close to a wide variety of restaurants within walking distance. Noisy in the evening/early morning if the windows are open (we visited in October so air con wasn't necessary). The mattress on the bed in the bedroom by the kitchen was too soft, causing backache and the plumbing in the on-suite bathroom was smelly until we put bleach down. The addition of a few dishwasher tablets would have been nice, but overall it was ideal for us.

Excellent Spacious well positioned apartment

The apartment is as it appears on the website - excellent with adequate facilities and an amazing location/outlook. Only minor niggles - pretty noisy at night from the bars below esp during Spanish holidays. Bring ear plugs. The roof terrace was bare with no furniture but TBH wasn't needed at all because the balconies adjacent to the rooms were more than sufficient. I have still not received my €500 deposit back although we checked out on 7th May and it is now the 18th. That's a little disappointing. Otherwise great thank you Pere.

Woow!Wonderful views.

Wow! This may be the right word to summarize our vacations in this apartment and with the help of Mallorca Holiday Properties. Especially a THANK YOU to Lenka the person who recommended this property has been very attentive, professional at all times! It has been a great pleasure to deal with it. Joan, the person who has received us, have been very kind, he recommend many places to see, thanks to him we have been able to enjoy everything. The apartment is spectacular, we have been cyclism we were 6 people, very well equipped kitchen, all brand new, very comfortable beds, large living room a breakfast table in the kitchen has been great. Up on the outside terrace is nice BBQ with views that are priceless. We have spent several sunsets and I assure you that this apartment is just perfect !!! Thanks again it has been a pleasure.

Opphold 17.-24. sept.

Leiligheten er funksjonell, men "steril". Uteplassen er trang og altfor liten for 7 - 8 personer. Takterrassen kan man bare glemme. Ingen møbler og ikke rengjort for bl.a. fugleskitt. Den flotte utsikten veier ikke opp for de negative sidene. Superlativene i online-annonsen bør modereres.

Dear Alf, Thanks for taking the time to write a review of our property. We want to clarify that the roof terrace is communal and not private. The furniture (table with chairs) is always stored in the small storage place on the roof top, so you just need to take it out. Due to strong winds and intense sun we can not have it outside all the time. The roof terrace is being cleaned regularly and we are sorry, but such thing like birds we can not control. We really hope it didn't spoil your stay too much. We have received excellent reviews for our property on different booking platforms over the years from many satisfied clients. Fantastic apartment, superb views and great location.

Having visited Puerto Pollensa on many occasions over 30 years, I can honestly say that this is one of the best sea-front apartments that we have stayed in. Plenty of space, well equipped, very comfortable and a convenient location for the marina, town centre and beaches. However, it was not without a few issues. On arrival we were informed that a toilet seat in the main bathroom was broken and would take 3 days to repair (due to weekend/bank holiday), the roof terrace was unusable (no BBQ or furniture as shown in the listing’s photographs), and an unfortunate drain-like smell in the hallway and second double room. The main issue we encountered was that the communal lift had an intermittent fault which meant it was out of order at some point every day of our two week stay. With elderly parents with mobility issues, this was far from ideal. If you need to rely on a lift (apartment is on the 4th floor), you may wish to seek confirmation that the lift is fully operational before booking. As these were all known issues to the agent and owner prior to our arrival, they could have been communicated which would have softened the blow. That said, property manager Pere of Mallorca Holiday Properties was very responsive and helpful.

A Little( Large) Gem.

Location Quality of Fittings Size of Bedrooms Views Wanted to give a bad review so when we book again it is still free More hooks in Bathrooms to put towels up. Shower Shelf to put shampoos on when showering If no dinning table on Roof Terrace due to past Bad Weather would have liked to have been told

Great location

Very spacious apartment directly on the port. The location is perfect for walking to bars, restaurants and shops. Also great area to explore the mountains and take advantage of nice beaches. The view from the living room/ kitchen is spectacular!

Excellent location and amazing views

The apartment was very clean and decorated nicely with an amazing view. The sitting room was very comfortable with lots of natural light. Bedroom and bathroom were perfect. There is a lots of shops/supermarket/restaurants at walking distance. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

Fabulous location and luxury apartment

Spacious apartment, well equipped and decorated in front of the sea, the views are breathtaking, everything is new, very comfortable beds and the upper terrace is perfect to enjoy a meal at sunset.
