Vores Condo er perfekt beliggende på 4. sal direkte med udsigt over de udendørs pools ved Phoenix Gulf Shores. Undgå elevatorer og stress og parker direkte på 4. sal !!!! Vi har også en nøglefri indgangsdørlås, så du ikke behøver at følge med på nøgler under dit ophold og GRATIS WIFI! Du kan nyde en fantastisk udsigt over bugten fra balkonen eller gennem gulv-til-loft-vinduer i enheden. Med over 1.750 m² er enheden meget rummelig, nyindrettet og ny på lejemarkedet !!



Faciliteter er rigelige på dette condo i Phoenix Gulf Shores: enheden er udstyret med apparater i fuld størrelse, våd bar med ismaskine, 60 ”fladskærms HDTV i stuen og en fladskærm 55” HDTV i master og 2. soveværelse og en 50 "HDTV i 3. soveværelse, vaskerum med vaskemaskine og tørretumbler i fuld størrelse. Der er en konge seng i Master, to dronning senge i 2. soveværelse og to dronning senge i 3. soveværelse, der er også en sovesofa i stuen, hvis du har brug for mere plads.

Excellent Condo

Our family of 6 stayed a week in this condo and enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing and it was a few short steps to the beach. The condo was pretty well stocked. It could use some new pots and pans and more than one dish towel which are minor things. The TVs didn’t work right and I could have called the provider but chose not to spend my time doing that. Having the ability to park right there on the 4th floor and walk right into the condo was super convenient. There are only 90 condos in the building so it doesn’t feel crowded compared to other condos we have stayed in. Communication with the owner was great. We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Spring Break 2025!

The property is beautiful. The indoor pool was the BEST, since it was still cool in March. It also has an amazing outdoor area with another pool with a swirly slide! Upon entering the unit, the communication with the owner was great, but after getting our things situated, we go to the lobby to get our parking passes/bracelets, no one was at the desk. Then the next morning, I go to my truck and there's 2 warnings on my windshield. So I go back to the lobby, I yell for assistance and a lady walks out to the counter and says the lady will be back shortly and turned and walked away 10 minutes later, no one comes. So, I go and pay for parking with the QR code and on the last night, we were walking out to the beach a security guard stopped us and made us go to the lobby to get them. We left a few hours later and headed back towards home. So maybe a Great Suggestion could be that the owner has the house cleaner?, lobby worker?, or somebody to go ahead and leave the number of bracelets and the parking passes, that way you could pay for the 1st parking pass or just charge the guests for them ahead of time, I don't knkow just a suggestion.

Great Stay

The view was amazing and the weather was to die for. The refrigerator would not get cold enough even when the suggested wait time was over. Had to put our drinks on ice in the cooler. The condo was beautifully decorated in. The parking was just too easy right there on the fourth floor will definitely return.

I have stayed in tons of condos and nothing has compared to how big this condo was, even with 15 people we never felt cramped. It has a keurig (I didn't see that on the info.). I do wish it had a vaccuum of some kind to get up the sand when it gets brought in. It had a closet full of beach toys, floats, chairs- this was so great!! One of the beds had a chewing gum wrapper in it when we got there. Other than not having a vacuum and the dirty bed it was AMAZING!!!!!

Family Vacation

The size of this condo was perfect. Loved the convenience of parking on the same floor as our condo. The bedding appeared a bit different than photos and there was only one chair in the living room rather than two in the picture. The unit has a large storage closet just inside the door for all beach equipment. Overall, we were very pleased and had a great trip!

Paradise in BAMA!

Great family stay

Good week, if the winds and the edges from Alberto had not impacted the beach with closure. That's one of those things that can't be controlled. Great to have two pools for a option for the kids, with slide. Definitely enough room for the three families.

Beach fun!

Property was great! One person in our group had fallen before we left home and could have used a few bars on one or more of the showers or tubs for access. The management worked on the outside ramp to the beach which helped. Thanks!

Loved this condo

This is the first time we stayed at this condo; however, it won’t be our last. We only had one small issue where the tile floors were not clean. We had a crawling baby and his hand and knees were dirty. I immediately let the owner know and it was immediately cleaned. Location was perfect since we could park on 4th floor of parking deck. We parked, walked through the double doors and were immediately at the front door of the condo. Having 3 baths vs two was amazing. We went the weekend after Labor Day and much smaller crowds. Most relaxing vacation we’ve had in years!!

great stay

We had a group that had an age range of 88 years old to less than 2. Not everyone in the group is able to walk or stand for long periods, nor are they always steady on their feet. This property was perfect for us because we could park on the same level as our room, so no stairs getting from the parking garage to the room. Also, my parents were able to watch the great grandkids play on the beach and also some of their outdoor pool activities while they remained seated on their balcony. We were able to rent 2 units side by side so we could visit frequently but each group could also have some quiet time when needed.

First time at Gulf Shores

We got overbooked for another chondro and we were scrambling to find somewhere to stay, when we found this last minute. It was handy to be on the 4th floor, with the parking garage right outside. We could come and go to shop, eat etc without needing to ride the elevator. We had little contact with staff, as check in & out info was sent electronically. They were very pleasant when we did ru man into them. The condo has a separate ice maker for your coolers and also had plenty of beach equipment in the closet. Some of which we left, because there wasn’t room to pack it in the vehicle for the trip home. Lol. We enjoyed our stay and plan to stay at the area again.

Great trip!

The weather was really storming when we first got to the beach. The condo was beautiful with lots of room for the family. Once the sun came out we had a great time! Great location and great condo with a beautiful beach!! Close to lots of eating places and shopping!
