Clean quiet apartment in the heart of Lisbon. Easy walk to the waterfront, several metro stations nearby. Great cafes next door. Definitely recommend.

Great apartment as advertised. No surprises at all. Really great centralized location close to lots of shops, restaurants, bars etc and a really close walk to the castle on the hill. Definitely worth visiting

The property is pretty much as described and in a great location with lots of nearby restaurants. Bit disappointed with the lack of daylight/view which is almost entirely blocked by Jogo de Péla monument across both windows. Also, whilst we were there we had problems with the shower - hot water suddenly cutting out mid-shower and the tray not draining fast enough so risking overflow. Generally, though, really enjoyed our short stay.

Large, well equipped one bedroom apartment. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the surrounding area. Drawbacks are huge flight of stairs to entrance and several homeless people on the stairs.

This was a very comfortable flat in a very central part of Lisbon near Martim Moniz and Rossio. Could walk to most places in Baixa and Rossio. Carolina was very efficient on arrival and helpful with local recommendations as well as some places in Sintra. There are some steps to get into the main apartment building before you can use the elevator so not suitable for someone who can't handle stairs.The apartment itself was spacious, clean and had everything needed for a few days in Lisbon. We thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of it and the surroundings.

This was a great spot. The host was very good and met us off site to guide us up to the location (different entry options). The place was very nice had all the amenities we were looking for. It is a Great location - close to two different Metro stops, steps away from the starting location for Tram 28, and near Rossio Square. It is walking distance to many shops, restaurants and tourist sites. I really enjoyed my stay and if I have a chance to visit Lisbon again, I would stay here again.

Nice Apartment

Antonio was very pleasant to work with. The location and entrance to the apartment were different, but it was secure. It was close to many key areas.

Great location and easily accessible

The property was in the Martin Moniz neighborhood of Lisbon. Near a lot of shops and restaurants. Close to public transportation. The building itself was quiet, but the location can get noisy, plenty of foot traffic. We had no issues while visiting. The smart TV was great with plenty of apps for entertainment.

This is a spacious, comfortable and well-equipped apartment, which is located within easy reach of the all the neighbourhoods of Lisbon. There is a fantastic tram service from the square & many attractions within a walkable distance. The parking garage is very secure & this was a selling point for us, as was the apartment building itself. Communication with the hosts and their manager, Carolina, was friendly & efficient. There is also a supermarket two minutes walk away. However, as previous reviewers have mentioned, there is a notable problem with homelessness on the square and signs of drug use. This makes the square the apartment is sited on pretty unappealing, though just one street in any direction and you find yourself removed from it. We had no negative interactions directly with the homeless people of the square, in fact we have much empathy for them. The problem lay in the volume of noise at night - they could be heard shouting all night long every night, even through the double-glazing & metal shutters. This is such a shame as clearly it is a universal issue and not a reflection on the owners and apartment. I understand the authorities move them out of the city at the start of the main tourist season, so perhaps we were just unfortunate with our timing as they had clearly re-established themselves during our stay.

Clean and central to many tourist destinations

Check in was easy. Carlotta stayed in touch with us and gave us instructions for the flat. Neat and clean! We enjoyed the location. Cafe right downstairs and near Metro. Note- Rossio is the closest stop. Very walkable to many attractions!

I can recommend this apartment HIGHLY! It is the perfect location for walking around all areas of Lisbon with a grocery store and cafe super close. A five minute walk to Rossi square and from there 15 min. to the water! The owner provided a contact (Carolina) who messaged me the day prior to arrival which was most reassuring. She met me at my convenience and her English was superb, answering all my questions easily. The nearby Hotel Mundial made for a perfect spot to call Ubers to and a safe place to wait for them. A MOST successful stay, thanks for a lovely Lisbon home :)

Central Lisbon

Excellent property with all the amenities and loads of space. Central location close to metro, restaurants and markets. The owners were great to communicate with and gave the best check-in orientation we’ve ever had. I wondered about the wall right outside the window but it’s a ruin and the suite is not below grade. when you look out you can see the street and check the weather.

Comfortable space in the heart of Lisbon

We loved our stay at Fabiola and Antonio's flat! It was absolutely perfect for the 4 nights we spent in Lisbon. The location is excellent, right in the middle of everything, walking distance to all the best spots in the city. The flat itself was clean and spacious for 2 people. Very comfortable and had all the amenities you need! The elevator is very handy if you have a lot of luggage, and air-conditioning was great when it got a little warmer. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, and hosts were very communicative and helpful! We would highly recommend to anyone to stay and would happily return!!

Excellent stay in a well located apartment. We felt safe walking in the area, great souvenir vendors nearby. Buses easily accessible if needed. Walking distance to shopping areas and attractions. Apartment spacious, comfortable, washing machine was very welcome; line dry as usual in Portugal. AC was very cold despite heat wave. WiFi good enough for remote classes. Kitchen stocked but we didn’t have time to cook. No stairs if you take the garage entry route that leads directly to the elevator.The manager was super efficient and unbelievably responsive. She was fantastic. The mattress in the bedroom was very extremely firm. I mentioned this in the morning and an IKEA NÄSFJÄLLET mattress topper miraculously appeared in the afternoon. With this topper doubled over I was able to sleep comfortably for the remainder of the stay. I like a medium firm bed. The sofa bed was firm but softer than the bedroom mattress and the other person in my party had no trouble sleeping soundly on it.Best thing about the apartment— a portion of the Ferdinand Wall that protected Lisbon after the XIV Century from the Spanish attacks, ran right outside the apartment sliding glass door. This wall piece lined up with the wall-fountains in the Praça Martim Moniz. We really got a kick out of that front row seat of a historical landmark right at the apartment.Thanks again to our amazingly helpful, kind and friendly manager for a great stay in Lisbon!
