Spacious three bedroom house with communal pool in the residential area of Pasito Blanco near the beach and the seafront of Meloneras



This house is distributed in 3 floors. The upper floor offers a bedroom with a double bed and access to the balcony with sea views and also a bathroom with shower. The ground floor has a living room with dining room and kitchen and has direct access to the terrace. In the semi-basement there are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each and 2 bathrooms with shower.



The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine. The house also has a washing machine and dryer and a cot & highchair for a baby.

WIFI and satellite TV are available.

Towels, sheets and final cleaning are included. Intermediate cleaning with change of towels and sheets for stays longer than 7 nights.



Villa Blue Marlin 8 is located in a residential complex with a communal swimming pool (25 m x 12 m), surrounded by a solarium with sun beds and parasols.

The urbanization has a restaurant right next to the marina, a small supermarket and a very nice beach.

Only a few minutes drive away you can reach the well known lighthouse of Maspalomas next to the promenade of Meloneras with its cafes, restaurants and shops. From the Lighthouse of Maspalomas you can reach the famous Dunes of Maspalomas with only a few steps.



No type of celebration/event/party is allowed.

Smoking is not allowed except in the outdoor areas.
