Solrig 5 soveværelser med sæsonåben udsigt over vandet på Newport-linjen. Beliggende på en stor træforet ejendom i en rolig blind vej ud for Green End Pond. Gå eller nem cykeltur til Downtown Newport (~ 1 km) og 1st Beach and Cliff Walk (~ 1. 5 miles). Hurtig gåtur til Cottrell Field tennisbaner og legeplads.

Tre boligarealer giver masser af plads til store / flere familier. Øverste etage indeholder master suite med kingsize-seng, bad og privat balkon, et andet soveværelse med to trillevalsenge og et fredeligt opholdsområde med udsigt til det lavere niveau. Yderligere to soveværelser (et m / dronning, et m / tvillinger) og et bad er placeret i stueetagen. Det færdige lavere niveau inkluderer et tv-stue med en sovesofa plus et andet soveværelse med en kingsize-seng.

Et dæk er placeret ud for spisestuen, der har udsigt over et indhegnet gårdhaveområde med gasgrill og udendørs spisebord, hvilket giver privatlivets fred for sommer BBQ. Et solarium ud for stuen tilbyder ekstra plads til afslapning.

Great house in nice neighborhood

We were in town for a family wedding and the location was perfect for getting around. It’s about a two mile walk to downtown Newport, which we did walk, or it was easy to Uber as well. House was well equipped with pots pans etc, plenty of comfortable beds for everyone and towels. Hosts communicated well and we had a fabulous visit. I would stay here again.

Location, Location, Location!

Tucked inside a quiet cul-de-sac is a great multi family house! It’s close to everything. We were able to navigate everywhere we wanted to go in and around Newport and nothing was ever over 15 mins away! We had plenty of room and wonderful communication with the owners. Three cheers to Multi-age travel!

Spacious lovely home near Newport

This was the ideal home for our girls' weekend. Five comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room and dining area, lovely well-stocked kitchen. Modern, clean, and airy. The perfect peaceful home for a Newport weekend. Responsive and helpful hosts. Highly recommend!

Lovely House

Spacious & modern with skylights all over, this house is nicer than it looks in the photos, and very centrally located to all of Newport’s various sections and attractions. Everything was either a short drive or a 30- minutes- ish walk. As other reviews have mentioned, Ryan is a super- accessible and responsive host. The master bedroom was probably the nicest we have stayed in ( and we have rented a lot of vacation homes) and the beds In all of the bedrooms were ridiculously comfy. Highly recommend this property!

Great place for families and friends

We had a destination wedding in Newport and this house was in a perfect place for our family. We were able to relax with family from across the country and do some sightseeing as well. The house is very comfortable with a convenient layout that made it easy to carry on conversations whether you were in the kitchen or the dining room or living room. The hosts were great. They checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was ok and were very responsive to questions we had. We would come here again for sure.

Summer vacation

Fabulous home. Very accommodating and well stocked. We went with our three adult children and there was plenty of space for everyone. Location is fantastic, less than a five minute drive to Second Beach and Newport center. Tons to do and very comfortable overall. Communication with the owners was seamless. We hope to vacation in this home again!

Great House for Families and Large groups

We had a great week and found the house to be great for an extended family. We enjoyed the spacious living area and the finished lower level is a great bonus. Plenty of room for teens or young children to watch their movies and play games. We didn’t walk to the beach, but it is a short drive away. We would definitely go back. Ryan and Becky were great hosts and very responsive.

Family weekend getwaway

This is a comfortable, lovely home and we really enjoyed our weekend. We cooked meals, played ping pong, and hung out on the cozy couch. The hosts were responsive and gracious. It was a gray, cold January weekend so we didn't use the patio or porch--added benefits, I'm sure, when the weather is nice. Views of the water and proximity to Newport were a good combo. Everyone in our party (ages 24 to 65) gave a big thumbs up.

Great location, quiet getaway

Home didn't have much upkeep to the outside. Was not able to use the grill, outdoor table or balcony as there were tons of leaves and grill was dirty and had mouse houses in it. Fan in master bed didn't work very well. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking pots and condiments. Close to stores and beaches. Lots of board games on rainy days. Quiet neighborhood. Owners were great, kept me informed of all check in details.

Hi Helena, Thanks again for staying with us and thank you for the feedback. Sorry you weren’t able to enjoy our outdoor space, but glad to hear the indoor space worked well. With respect to the leaves, our landscaper generally comes and does spring cleanup in mid April, as it’s typically still pretty cold out at the beginning of the month. And our apologies that the grill was not in great shape…it’s not used much in the winter months. Once the weather turns warmer, our housekeeper details it on a weekly basis. Nice place for a good price, convenient location

We enjoyed our stay in this home. This was an family vacation with our adult children with some extended family and friends joining us. We could tell that the house has undergone some refreshing and updates and looked like they will be continuing to do so. So we weren't bothered by the minor things that needed replacement, etc. They use a cleaning service, so the place was clean. The kitchen and master bath we could tell was recently renovated/updated. The kitchen fully stocked with pots/pans, dishware, etc. We were so happy they had beach chairs they allowed us to use, which was great! We drove everywhere or used UBER as the area was easy to navigate around and found shortcuts to avoid the busy streets. Although you could walk to downtown Newport, it seemed to us, a little farther than worth the time and inconvenient to do. There are a lot of choices of things to do in the local area. The owners were attentive and checked in periodically to make sure things were fine. The common space was airy and bright with some skylights. And the sitting room (solarium) would be a great separate space to sit during the cooler months, but was too hot during our stay to use. All the beds were comfortable, but there was no air conditioning in the upstairs twin room or basement, fortunately the window opened in the twin room which allowed for a nice breeze which was sufficient for our guest to sleep at night.The week we were there was a hot one! The lower floor (basement) had no window in the bedroom (King) or living space, the only reason I mention that is that one of our guests refused to stay down there due to this. But, the guest who did, was fine.There were humidifiers down there that emitted heat which we adjusted periodically to keep the humidity down, but also keep the area cool. We suggested to the owners to put a reading light in there and in some of the other bedrooms. Also, because of the open living space, reading chairs in one or more bedrooms would have been appreciated, but we managed. We couldn't decide whether to rate this home 4 or 5 stars, due to minor inconveniences. Overall, we really don't have any complaints, we were really happy with our stay.

Perfect for the whole family

We very much enjoyed staying at this property! We travelled with our large extended family, and I felt that it was very comfortable for everyone. Everyone had a bed to sleep in and did not require to sleep on a couch. I also travelled with my two young children (2 y/o and 5 months). The home had pack and plays, high chair, and baby gates for us to use, which was amazing (let’s be honest, the less baby gear to lug around the better!) ! Also, plenty of space to park.

Vacation with adult children

Large property with plenty of indoor and living space in addition to the bedrooms. We had 9 people in our group and never felt cramped. This property would also work well with young children. Plenty to do at the house - ping pong table, videos, games, books and a nice yard. Property is in a quiet residential neighborhood - very nice. As stated in listing this house is about a mile from First beach. We drove our things down in the morning and for us it was close enough to walk to/from as desired. Unless you are a real trouper or beach lightly it would be difficult to walk with your beach things to/from. Thames street/Bowen warf is about 1.5 miles. We did some walking there but is was easy to drive and find parking through the week. So much to do in the Newport/Middletown area. Great property, great location, great vacation!!

Amazing home in Newport!

I am the Maid of Honor for my best friend and booked this home for a bachelorette! The entire group had nothing but great things to say about the home. It was conveniently located near town and offered more than enough space for our group! The home was clean and equipped with everything we might have needed. The owners were kind and responsive. Wedding weekend

This was a great spot for us for the weekend that our daughter got married in Newport. It was just one mile from the church and 1.5. Miles from the venue - a quick Uber ride! The owners were gracious and responsive to our needs. There was plenty of space for all of us. Thank you Becky and Ryan!

Great house and location

My friends and I stayed here for a wedding in downtown Newport - the location was a quick drive/uber downtown and was perfect for a larger group. Very much enjoyed our stay!
