SunlightProperties: PARISIAN Bleu: 2 værelses lejlighed med havudsigt terrasse!

Thank you so much for your review. We are so happy to hear that you had a wonderful time and enjoyed Parisian Bleu and all its amenities. The sunroom is indeed a pleasure!

Dear Gerry, We sincerely apologize for the initial inconveniences you encountered during your stay and thank you for bringing them to our attention. It's essential for us to address such issues promptly to improve our services. We're truly sorry to hear about the taxi issue and the mix-up with the booking duration. Since the taxi transfer depends on a partner company, any delays on their end are somewhat out of our control - having we are striving to find a way to improve this for a better customer experience. We appreciate your understanding once the situation was rectified, and we offered a complementary taxi for your return. We're glad to hear that our on-site representative was helpful in resolving the issues, but we understand that these inconveniences marred your initial experience. We are committed to doing better and ensuring such situations do not recur in the future. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we hope that you were able to enjoy the rest of your stay in our flat. If you decide to give us another chance in the future or have any further comments or requests, please feel free to reach out. We're here to make your future stays more seamless and enjoyable. Warm regards, The Sunlight Properties team

Thank you for your review and feedback. We apologize for the issues with your arrival. Unfortunately because of the airstrikes, your flight didn't land until late (past 1:00am) - info that was not properly communicated by the airport which led to our partner company thinking your flight was in fact cancelled. When our agent didn't hear from either you or the driver by 1:45am, they assumed that the reservation was a no-show and fell asleep. We deeply regret the inconvenience you experienced because of this and were happy to refund you the first night because of this, showing our commitment to make things right. While we strive to provide smooth and seamless arrivals, unexpected circumstances can sometimes lead to disruptions in the original plans. However, we take note of your feedback to ensure better coordination and communication in such situations in the future. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we're glad that overall, you would recommend the apartment. We value your recommendation and appreciate your feedback. If you have any further comments or requests, please don't hesitate to let us know. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide you with an even better experience in the future.

Dear Donna, Many thanks for your kind review. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay. I should note that this review pertains to our MARYLAND apartment and not our PARISIAN BLEU apartment - since you did not end up staying in the Parisian Bleu apartment. Parisian Bleu does have a private parking space available for guests. We hope to have the chance to welcome you again in the future.

Dear Robert, glad to hear that your mother enjoyed her trip. She was a wonderful guest and is welcome back anytime.

Thank you, Deb, for your raving review! I am so glad you enjoyed your stay in our fabulous neighbourhood and our hospitality. Diana mentioned that you were wonderful guests.

Hi Sara, Thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate you taking the time to help us improve our listing. We were aware of a couple of these points and had reduced the listing's price accordingly. I'm happy to say that this apartment has been scheduled for a renovation over the winter - which will include a new kitchen. We've added to our list to ask the owners to consider re-painting or tiling the toilet - instead of the current wallpaper. We hope you enjoyed your stay nonetheless, and your father had a nice birthday! You mentioned that he was looking forward to some Gin & Tonics on the terrace, so we hope that he enjoyed the little gift that we left him? Thank you again for the feedback - We hope to have the chance to welcome you again next year, so that you can see the place once it's been freshened up! All the best, from the Sunlight Properties team.

Thank you Connie! You have been lovely guests - you're welcome back anytime.
