INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The apartment is located in a reserved and quiet area of ​​the residence, surrounded by hedges and by a well-kept common area with green lawn. Cottage 34 has a private entrance and a covered veranda with a dining table. The entrance opens onto the comfortable living room with two sofa beds, a dining table, a flat-screen TV and air conditioning; on the same level bathroom with shower and hairdryer. A door leads to the kitchen equipped with stove, fridge / freezer, microwave, oven and a windows overlooking the garden. On the upper floor is a double bedroom with air conditioning. The apartment is also equipped with mosquito nets and a safe. The condominium complex offers a seasonal outdoor salt water pool with shallow water area for children and sun terrace with loungers and swings for children.

DESTINATION INFORMATION AND DISTANCES
Cottage 34 is located in the small town of Cala Bitta, not far from Baja Sardinia, just five minutes drive from the city. Beautiful white sand beaches, restaurants, night clubs and much more are all enclosed within a few kilometers. The renowned Porto Cervo is just a few minutes away by car. The beach of Cala Bitta is only 350 meters away and can be reached on foot. In the nearby is the beautiful Cala dei Ginepri Beach, located along the coast that belongs to the municipality of Arzachena (OT), between the towns of Cannigione and Baja Sardinia. On the Cannigione-Baja Sardinia provincial road, at the Ea Bianca resort, turn left and follow a paved road that descends rapidly towards the coast below the promontory. Torn from the rocky coast of this stretch of coastline, between the dense vegetation, lies this small beach overlooking the Gulf of Arzachena. Nearby there is also the renowned beach kiosk Nikki Beach, a destination for the enthusiastic lovers of local lifestyle.

We recommend guests to rent a car to reach the property; the car is equally indispensable during the stay to visit the surroundings and move between the various locations.
