Fantastic Location, Well appointed Cottage with everything you need.

Fantastic location in the centre of Coldstream, Views of the Tweed from the window. Well appointed property with everything you need. Two good bedrooms with comfy beds and two bathrooms with decent showers. Kitchen well appointed with fridge/freezer Oven, Hob and Microwave. Easy Parking and a large living room diner with comfortable sofas.

Our stay at Rosybank Cottage

4th stay here and find cottage getting ‘dated’ For the price paid expected at least spare bin bags, washing powder and more than two dishwasher tablets Although table and chair added the front of the cottage is still shabby with lots of weeds Having said this we had a really good holiday as the location is superb

We enjoyed our stay very much and would like to return

This is the third time we've stayed at Rosybank, and we love the location, planning to come back next year. There was a repair to the plumbing needed, which will no doubt be quickly fixed.

We absolutely LOVED spending time in this sweet cottage! It was comfortable, convenient and clean - and has a lovely view of the river to boot! It's nicely updated and easy for us American folks to figure out - the washer/dryer unit was interesting to learn about. Two ensuites upstairs and a loo on the first floor for entertaining was excellent! Thanks for helping make our vacation extra enjoyable!We'll be back! :)

Exceptional holiday let

We have stayed here before and booked again as we loved the location and the spectacular views of the tweed and Cheviot hills from the cottage. The beds are super comfy and the cottage is warm, clean and very tidy. Would recommend to all.

Excellent Return Stay.

The cottage is centrally located in the heart of Coldstream with great views of the River Tweed. It's very well appointed with everything needed. Two decent bedrooms both ensuite with good walk in showers. It's a great home from home.

The cottage was clean, well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, it was a great base for exploring the Borders area with a lovely view of the river. Communication was excellent . We had a lovely stay.

Great Location, Well Appointed, Very Comfotable

Great Location with a view of the Tweed, warm cottage, Kitchen has everything you need, Living room diner very comfortable. Upstairs two decent bedrooms both ensuite with good showers. Beds very comfortable great view of the tweed from the master bedroom. Great central location in Coldstream. Would happily return.

Cottage in Coldstream

We had a lovely two night stay in Rosybank Cottage in Coldstream. The cottage was warm and welcoming, and the fresh eggs, beer and snacks were gratefully received. The area was peaceful with river views and pleasant local walks. We enjoyed the local Indian restaurant and spent one day walking around Berwick, and another visiting Seahouses. We certainly will try to return for a longer stay.

A lovely stay in a lovely cottage

We recently stayed in Rosybank cottage for 3 nights and loved every moment of it. The cottage is very comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated and very quiet (nice and warm too). The views of the River Tweed from the cottage are fabulous and it's easy to walk to anywhere in Coldstream from there. Great for the dog and lots of treats for both us and our dog provided. Easy to park the car too. Overall a lovely place to stay for a few days and we would absolutely recommend it.

Lovely cottage with fantastic views

This is my second stay at rosybank cottage and it was just as good as the first! Spotlessly clean with all the amenities you could need and a lovely curtesy call on arrival to check everything was ok. Perfectly situated within walking distance of the town but just far enough out as you don’t get disturbed by the busy high street. Perfect place to rest your head after a hard days fishing!! Will definitely be booking again.

Lovely Cottage by banks of the Tweed

Spent just 2 nights at cottage but we enjoyed it very much. Very warm and cosy. Slight problem that instructions I was sent stated that key safe is to the left of the front door. In fact it is through a door to the right of the front door! We managed but glad it wasn’t in the dark.

Beautifully decorated cottage

A wonderful 4 day stay at Rosybank cottage. Everything was to our expectation with many surprising features and accessories. Personally I am not fond of a 'wet' shower room style as many floor towels are needed. The look and style of the shower is stunning although not very practical. We will be back for another stay!

Lovely property!

The house was very well - presented and had everything we needed for our stay. It was also quiet, very cosy with comfy beds too, we slept well. The showers were beautiful but we found that water came out a bit from them, so used extra towels to soak it up. We let the owners know and they were grateful for us alerting them to this.They are going to deal with this and sort it. We would certainly stay here again, the house is in a great location.

A lovely, long weekend away

A sweet, well appointed cottage close to the river and lovely walks. The weather was bitterly cold which, getting away to The Borders in the middle of March, came as no surprise to us! The cottage was cosy and toasty warm, with a lovely welcome basket full of goodies. En-suites for both of us was a luxurious treat. And what a lovely touch that Christine gave us a call during first full day there, to make sure we'd settled in and ask if we needed anything. Thankyou x

A short break in the Scottish Borders

We had a four day break in the Scottish borders/ Northumberland region. Lots of fantastic places to visit within an hours drive of Rosybank cottage if you want some great views, fascinating medieval architecture and as much history as you can take in. Coldstream has all the local amenities you need, had to travel for a very nice restaurant for that special evening, and some interesting walks around the town The cottage is the most comfortable home from home that we have stayed in for many years and Border Holidays staff were most accommodating and keen to help with every phone call we had. The location of Rosybank cottage has panoramic views across the river Tweed and the surrounding area. This location and cottage really deserves the 5 star rating we have given it.
