Cielo e Mare Villas
In a privileged location where privacy and serenity dominate, three cosy villas promise memorable holidays above the crystal waters of Falassarna Beach. They are part of a complex that can host up to 16 guests. The stone and the view of the turquoise waters are the main elements of the complex. Clean-cut, enviably positioned villas, with as much glamour inside as there is out below.

Indoor facilities
Two of the villas consist of two floors with three spacious bedrooms. When it’s time to turn in for the night, sink into your comfy double beds and let the sounds of the city lull you to sleep. The more than equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing a hearty feast. Especially when lunchtime arrives, gather your ensemble around the sleek dining table for a convivial meal that you may have prepared, while gazing at the pool and sea. Relax in the open-plan living room which offers you a soothing seating area, with direct access to a spacious terrace that provides you with an outdoor space to call your own. There is also a fireplace, the perfect place for you to curl up on the sofa with a book and relax after a long day exploring Chania. Three fully equipped bathrooms complete the interior space of this villa where you can have your bath after a long tiring day with complete privacy and autonomy.

Outdoor facilities
The outdoor area of each villa is a unique place to relax and enjoy the amazing sunset. It’s the perfect spot for you that allows you to gaze out into the open whilst you sip your morning coffee-what a bliss! Prepare a traditional Cretan recipe in the fully equipped BBQ and enjoy it in the outdoor dining area. Fancy some fresh air? Access to the exterior area is pretty easy from all the villas, meanwhile, fresh air can be let in, each morning from the large windows that create the illusion of transparency. After a long day, you can swim in one of the pools or you can enjoy your drink on the balconies. A pergola offers shade for relaxing moments. These are some of the impressive levels of attention to detail in these villas. Whatever villa you may choose to relax in, you will love it! Don’t forget that a secure parking area is provided outside of the villa with a charger for the electric cars.

*Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of May and from 15th September till the end of November, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request three days' advance notice for this facility.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 38€ per night (including all villas) from April to October and 10€ per night (including all villas) from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.

The villa is situated at a very idyllic point and nothing can interrupt the magical views of the Cretan sea and mountains. As the villa is located on a hill, the last 600m to reach the complex is an off-road road. We recommend using an SUV car to reach the complex easily.
