Great location. We were hoping to be able to walk for groceries and this place was perfect. 15 minute walk to Walmart and 20 minutes walk to Costco. Restaurants and markets closer for basic items and drinks. Close walk to the beach. This condo includes beach chairs and umbrellas and a cooler for taking to the beach. We loved this place and would absolutely stay here again!

Nice

The property is nice, however it was not as close to the beach as we originally expected. It was not well stocked with condiments to cook with, no paper towel, fans did not work without the recessed lighting being turned on, ac not working in bedroom 2, bedroom 1 ac leaked when on. Overall the property was nice and we felt safe. Taxi were available and also Uber’s.

Thanks for your visit. Is unfortunate you had the issue with the AC, sometimes things happens and that was at you last day. Faans works perfect, you just need to pull the light cord at the fan to turn off the light or the fan. The apartment is 300 mts from the Riu Medano Beach as advertised. Toilet paper is in the Bathrooms cabinets . Condiments are in the Kitchen Cabinets t . We are sorry you did not pay attention to the indications we gave you at the arrival. Also we just hear from you until your last day at night about the AC Issue. Otherwise we will help you find what you need. Thanks for your stay

Nice condo close to beach

Good location! We had everything we needed. The condo is close to the beach, and close to shops. Perfect amount of space for a family of four. The rooftop pool was really nice too. I would recommend this place.

Clean inside, dilapidated views

The property was incredibly clean inside. The views outside however are of demolished building that havent been cleaned up, a couple buildings under construction, and behind that, the ocean. There were a couple places in walking distance, but not much. Taxis park right outside so it's easy to travel, and somewhat necessary. The check in and check out process was a breeze.

Amazing place and location

This apartment is great, amazing, great location, walking distance to the beach, all you need in the property, fully equipped. Nice furniture, like a 5 star hotel
