Villa Protara Chrysos is a fantastic 5-bedroom villa offers both luxury and extravagance in a great and central location. The villa is located just minutes’ walk from the resort centre and beaches of Protaras. The villa is furnished to a high standard both inside and outside and the spacious garden and pool area overlooking the beautiful sea views provides the perfect setting for a memorable holiday.



As you enter the villa, you will find the stylish and contemporary open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room features comfortable sofa and a widescreen and satellite TV, the dining area has table and chairs to seat 8 persons and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and features an island with seating for an extra three persons. This open-plan area is surrounded by large patio doors that lead to the garden and pool area and overlooks the stunning views. You will also find two of the bedrooms on this floor, one with a single bed and the other with a double bed. There are 2 W/Cs as well on the ground floor.



Upstairs, you will find the remaining 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 3 features an ensuite bathroom with shower and W/C, a bunk bed and doors leading to the large, shared balcony. Bedroom 4 has a bunkbed and two single beds as well as a balcony and bedroom 5 has an ensuite bathroom with shower and W/C, a double bed and balcony. All three bedrooms offer sea views.



Outside, the large garden features an infinity pool and is the ideal place to spend lazy days sunbathing. An outside seating area by the pool that overlooks the views is perfect of evening dining and entertainment.



This central resort location is an excellent place to stay. All the resort amenities are close by with a fantastic variety of restaurants, bars and shops are within 5 minutes’ walk.

Great location, accommodation needs some tlc. No aircon in main living area. Needs some repairs.

Great location large accommodation and huge pool. There was a lot of broken, damage to the property - ceiling fans broken, dishwasher door hanging off, mosquito nets damaged so couldn’t leave doors open. Aircon in the bedroom that sleeps 4 didn’t work. The villa was a perfect size for 11 adults and close to Resort centre and beautiful views. There’s a lot of building work going on around and spoiled the tranquil setting!
