Apartment-ZENITH is 80sq.m. has a sea view from all rooms and terrace.It is located on the territory of a luxury gated sea complex,150m from the beach.The ap. has 2-bedrooms, bathroom, living room with luxuriously furnished kitchen.The ap. is equipped with appliances,utensils,cutlery and provide an opportunity for self-catering. On the territory there are built-system for video surveillance,parking,swimming pool with jacuzzi,children's pool,playground,outdoor fitness and a very lush green recreation area!!

Check in is after 2pm until….flexible as you wish. Check-out is mandatory by 11:00 a.m.
The close proximity to the beach and the city, make the apartment with sea view "ZENITH" comfortable and functional place, which creates the incredible feeling of space and freedom necessary for your complete rest and comfort. The apartment has two bedrooms, bathroom, living room with luxuriously furnished kitchen and panoramic sea views. The apartment is equipped with appliances, utensils, cutlery and provide the opportunity for self-catering. At 20m. is the closest restaurant "ATIA".
The terrace of the apartment offers a wonderful view of the sea. On the territory of the complex there are built - a system for 24 hours CCTV, parking, swimming pool, jacuzzi pool, children's pool, playground, outdoor fitness and a very lush green recreation area. they are closed with chips so that our young children's guests cannot go outside.
The water in the outdoor outdoor pools is created by hydrolysis and electrolysis. This system is suitable for children. Makes the water crystal clear, irritating to the eyes and skin, odorless and completely eco-friendly. A minimum amount of salt is added to the water, which is commensurate with that of the human tear.

We would just like to clarify the parking situation. In the check-in instructions, we specifically mention that there are two parking areas within the complex – a smaller one and a larger one, with the larger parking area located by the entrance at the far end of the complex. Perhaps this part of the information was simply overlooked.
We would also like to point out that our listing does not include or guarantee a private parking space. There is also a paid public car park nearby which can be used when the other parking areas are full.
Of course, August is an extremely busy period with many tourists in the area, and finding a parking space can sometimes be a challenge – unfortunately, parking seems to have become a global problem these days. 😊

Apartment Zenit is located in a luxury gated complex with everything you and your family need to enjoy your vacation. The beautiful landscaping that surrounds the three pools - children's, large swimming pool for adults and Jacuzzi, creates a wonderful atmosphere for your relaxation. Chernomorets is located 24 km southeast of Bourgas, on the southern shore of the great Bourgas Bay and with a superb location in a kind of depression along the coast, on a small bay by the sea. The small bay, which since ancient times the Greeks called "Agios Nicholas" (St. Nicholas), has the shape of a horseshoe, facing north. He gave the name of the village, Chernomorets until 1951 was called St. Nicholas. For ideological reasons, the name was changed, but after the political changes in the late 80s of the twentieth century it was not restored. To the east are the islands of St. Ivan and Sozopol. The city is located on beautiful shores, and nearby is the bay of Vromos.
