The villa covers an area of 250 square meters and is spread over two floors. It features a large garden, a panoramic pool, and parking. It is located in a strategic spot that allows you to visit not only the beaches but also Rome, Naples, and Caserta—all within an hour by train.

From one of the many panoramic terraces, you can admire the Mediterranean Sea, the Gulf of Gaeta, and the islands of Ischia, Capri, Ventotene, and Ponza on clear days.
On the first floor, the living room features two sofas, a TV, a fireplace, and a small study. From here, you can access the wheelchair-accessible room with a double bed and a private bathroom, which opens directly onto the patio. On the same floor is a recently renovated bathroom with a large bathtub and a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and a dining table for 12 people with access to the outdoor dining area, which features another table that seats 12. There is also a gym with an elliptical trainer and weights.
Upstairs, there are two bathrooms (one with a tub and shower stall, and the other with a shower), four bedrooms with double beds, and one with three single beds. All rooms offer panoramic views of the gulf and the mountains and enjoy excellent natural light during the day.
