the Emilia Residence is a single-story farmhouse featuring studio apartments set on 1 hectare of grounds in a peaceful, flower-filled park where relaxation and a friendly atmosphere reign, complete with a shaded private parking area.

The fully equipped and functional studio measures 20 m² and features a loggia and a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, stovetop, refrigerator, and all kitchen utensils).
