Moledo Beach - Less than 1 minute from the beach, quiet, breathtaking views!

This modern-style home brings a breath of fresh air to a region rich in history and tradition in northern Portugal.
The house’s location is exceptional: it sits directly across from the main entrance to Moledo’s large beach, yet remains sheltered from prying eyes and noise. It’s a true haven of peace in a location renowned for its high quality.
Families are welcome; they’ll love the proximity to the beach—ideal for children—as well as the nearby playground and the convenience of having lunch and dinner at home or in the surrounding area.
The bakery and village shops are within walking distance. There are a few restaurants and bars nearby for a drink after the beach and in the evening, or to grab a quick bite to go, without any noise disturbances.

The house consists of:
- a basement with a skylight. In this basement, we’ve set up a children’s bedroom with two bunk beds (sleeps 4) and its own bathroom (with shower),
- a first floor with a kitchen, a dining room, and a living room opening onto a large terrace with a garden. On this terrace, a large table allows the whole family or friends to gather for a meal or drinks, and the children can play safely in the garden,
- a first floor with two master suites,
- a rooftop terrace with an exceptional view. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a drink in the evening as the sun sets!

The house is equipped with reversible air conditioning, which maintains an ideal temperature on every floor regardless of the outside temperature.
