Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the location and found the condo clean and well-maintained overall. We're very sorry to hear about the condition of the sleeper sofa mattress. That's certainly not the experience we want our guests to have. We wish we had been able to connect with you during your stay, as we would have been happy to send our housekeeping team over to address the mattress and deliver additional pillowcases so everyone could comfortably use the extra pillows. Mosquitoes can definitely be more active during certain times of the year, especially near the coast, and we appreciate you sharing that tip for future guests. Thank you for bringing these items to our attention. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with an even better stay next time.
