CIVICO25 is located within the historic village of Villa Santa Lucia degli Abruzzi, just a short walk from the main square, where you can park your car for free. Also included in the price is a spacious bike storage area located directly below the apartment and secured by a front door, a gate, and the walls surrounding the apartment’s grounds.

In the main living area, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchenette with a four-burner stove, microwave, refrigerator with a small freezer, toaster, comfortable sofa bed (with reinforced mattress), and a TV area. A fold-out single bed is available upon request.

The spacious bathroom features a shower and a washing machine.

A full supply of linens, bathroom essentials, basic cooking condiments, and cleaning supplies is provided.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

For young children, a high chair and a foldable crib for children up to 3 years old are provided free of charge upon request.

A bar/restaurant and a small grocery store are available 200 meters away. Other services are also within easy reach of the village, and upon booking, we’ll provide a handy guide with information about the area.

At our farm, you can purchase exceptional local products: Montepulciano d’Abruzzo wine, extra virgin olive oil, extra virgin olive oil soap, and potatoes
