Der er en morgenmad bar med 2 afføring, Keurig og dryp kaffemaskiner, og også et spisebord med plads til 6 komfortabelt.

Det store soveværelse ligger bag de franske døre, lige ved stuen. Det har en king size seng, 32 "fladskærms-tv og et privat opdateret badeværelse med granit bordplader, brugerdefinerede skabe og alle nye inventar, samt et separat værelse med et nyligt flisebelagt glas lukket brusebad. Der er også et stort badekar i soveværelset. Du har adgang til altanen, der er delt med stuen fra soveværelset. Du kan høre bølgerne styrter mens du ligger i sengen!

Wonderful Family Reconnect

Had a wonderful week with our adult children (who flew in from different parts of the country). The condo was perfect size and layout. The best pools we’ve ever stayed at in our 5 trips to HH. Condo was clean, kitchen well-equipped and beautiful. Great beach access and beautiful landscaping/ponds. Suggest some updates to some of the furniture, but otherwise really a nice place. Bike and beach chairs such a plus! Love Palmetto Dunes and surrounding area. Host was awesome at communication.

More outdated than expected

Although the place was largely nice, it was def more outdated than expected. Technology was super old, being unable to stream and still had dvd players. The sink was wonky too so just overall older than anticipated. Great location though.

Perfect family vacation spot!!

Our family (including kids 7, 5 YO) had the most wonderful time! Mike’s communication and attention to all details pre/during/post visit were extremely helpful. While not immediately ocean front, it’s one of the best units in the building on the first floor just steps away from the pool in one direction and beach path in the other, with side views of the ocean. We loved our bike rides, tidal pool playing, dolphin and nature cruise with the Discovery Nature Museum, boating charter with Captain Herb at Fins Up Adventure Charters and so much more!! The updated pool, hot tub and pool deck at Villamare were amazing. We hope to be back.
Condo has nice bikes provided for adults, they don’t support kid tag-a-long back bikes, but perfect for adults. We rented tandem bikes from Outfitters with Mike’s discount code.

We had a great time at Villamare. The property was fantastic with the pools, hot tubs and gym. The condo itself was nice as well. The beach chairs, bikes, pickle ball courts and games were awesome perks. The condo is around a four minute walk to the beach which was nice. However if you’re looking for beach views from your windows or balconies you might be disappointed (it’s only a sliver). The room had a perfect set-up so everyone felt they had their own space/privacy. Mike and Peggy were great hosts.

Beautiful Condo - everything as advertised

We had a wonderful week at this condo! This is our 7th stay in HH and this has been our favorite condo ever! It was clean, updated, and all as advertised! We had a concern with the mattress in the master bedroom and Mike and Peggy replaced the mattress for us. Their attention to detail and communication is top notch! The location of the condo is also fabulous - just steps to the pool and the beach. We enjoyed days at the beach and ocean, and ate at several of our favorite restaurants including Salty Dog, Skull Creek, One Hot Mamas, and Giuseppe’s. We can’t wait to come back!!

Heaven at Villamare

We absolutely loved our stay at Mike and Peggy’s beautiful villa! Our favorite part was the location as it’s only a quick trip down the elevators or stairs to a fabulous beach. We saw dolphins in the ocean and found sand dollars on the shore. We also enjoyed exploring Shelter Cove with the provided bikes and taking morning swims in the beautiful pools. The villa itself is immaculately clean with comfortable furniture and beds. The location of the villa is private and just far enough from the elevator. Not too long to walk to it, but not right next to it either. You can tell Mike and Peggy put a lot of love and care into their villa and truly enjoy ensuring that their guests have a memorable experience. Highly recommend renting this villa!

Great proximity to the beach and restaurants (Ombra was outstanding).Condo could use some work - with it being so humid setting the AC @ 73 made it at times uncomfortable. Mattress in Master was soft. Configuration of Master was unusual with bathtub in the middle of the room.

Hilton Head Vacation

We thought the property was awesome, and provided all ameneties and things we enjoy. We love Palmetto Dunes due to it's location (it's right in the middle of the island), and the availability of pickleball/tennis/golf/bikes.We loved Crane's Tavern for dinner - their filet and crabcake were wonderful, and our friend says their prime rib is even better. We also enjoyed Alexander's for dinner. The ambience was great. The Dawg in Shelter Cove was the best for lunch, especially to sit at the bar.

Great location and amenities

We loved this property! We have stayed in numerous parts of Palmetto Dunes but this was our first time in Villamare. The gym and indoor pool/spa are fabulous features for offseason visits. Thankfully it warmed up and we were able to enjoy the outdoor hot tub as well. Greatly appreciated the bikes, and they were in great condition. The condo was much roomier than I expected. Communication with the owner was seamless. Highly recommend!

Great stay

We had a great stay here! My mom and I have been coming to hilton head for almost 20 years and this is one of the best places we've stayed. Mike and Peggy were easy to contact and quick to respond. We loved the close location to the pools and beach. The unit was clean and just like the pictures. You can tell mike and Peggy put a lot of care and effort into the condo, the binder is put together with great and thoughtful suggestions. The condo felt like home and we can't wait to go back!

End of season beach vacay

We thoroughly enjoyed this property! It was our first time staying on HHI and we loved the two pools, having bikes and beach chairs available since we flew. Area is nicely kept up and very clean and safe!

Great Vacation

This was our third trip to HHI Palmetto Dunes and Villamare is by far our favorite. Condo is exactly as photos show.....beautiful & clean. Beds are super comfortable and we all slept great. Condo has great location close to pool and beach. Stairway right by condo and being on first floor, we just used those. Mike is an excellent host and gets back to you quickly if you need to reach out to him. There are lots of restaurants to choose from and I can't say we chose any we didn't like. If you want a fancier dinner, we go to Alexander's and always enjoy it. If you love ice cream, make sure to stop by Kilwin's at Shelter Cove (5 minute drive). Worth the wait in line....best ice cream we ever had! Hurricane Debby tried to mess with us for three days, but we all (20 family members) made the most of it with games, virtual sports place, and hanging out in the hot tub with pouring rain. Met so many great people in that hot tub and pool! You absolutely cannot have a bad time in HHI no matter the weather.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at Villamare. The condo was perfect. Everything was very clean. The palmetto dunes beach is so beautiful, and I loved that we could see the ocean from the balcony. We love Low Country Backyard for shrimp and grits or the BLT shrimp salad. Bad Biscuit is a wonderful breakfast/brunch stop. And, Links grill in Sea Pines is delicious any time. We visit the island at least once a year with family, and this was a great experience for us!

May experience on HHI

Our condo and complex was very clean, oceanfront, with 2 amazing new pools, one being for adults only. Beautiful grounds, grill area and very easy access from Palmetto Dunes entry which made for easy access to many area restaurants, shopping and activities.

Wonderful Stay

What did we love about our stay at Mike and Peggy's condo, Humm... EVERYTHING! The home was clean, actually spotless. Everything was as advertised. The pool and beach were just steps from the front door. The grounds of the complex were well maintained, and the pool was a top notch. Beach chairs were provided, but we chose to rent chairs and umbrella for the week from the local vendor who set them up each morning. Very convenient and comfortable. We had one hiccup during check-in. It was my fault; I had failed to request a second parking pass for our guests. We were stopped at the security station. I called Mike and he cleared us through security without delay. Mike was welcoming, friendly, and very accommodating. As for activities, we ate out every night and played several rounds of golf. Hudon's Seafood was our favorite, it was casual, a good value, and we dined on the pier overlooking the bay. As for golf, I liked the Golden Bear. It was in good shape, a fair layout, and was a good challenge for a mid-handicapper. Thank you, Mike and Peggy, for sharing your wonderful home.

Peggy is a retired 2nd grade teacher and Mike is a retired General Manager of a Lexus dealership in Northeastern Pa. We have been coming to Hilton Head since the mid seventies and will share all the neat things you can do on our great island. We bought our first SC home in 1994.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

Our home is freshly updated with new carpets, tile, granite, furniture, and furnishings. We provide you with everything for a enjoyable week. From linens to dishes and towels to cooking pans. We give you a starter set for bathrooms to kitchen and all you need are beach towels and a trip to the great grocery stores down the road for a great stay.

With our rental you have ocean views, 4 free bikes, 4 beach chairs, access to a great beach club and golf club houses, 2 pools with one indoor, free tennis, and much more. The weeks are going fast so if it works for you please e mail your billing address and cell number you will be using and I will put the dates aside for you. Thank you again, Mike and Peggy Perkins
