The Quays Mansion in Christchurch
This imposing and very spacious, Gold Award Winning (Visit England), Luxury, Grade 2 Listed, Three storey, Georgian, Mansion, can accommodate from 10 to 25 people and is perfect for those special occasions as well as corporate events.
The Main House can accommodate up to 15 people with the Corner Wing accommodating a further 10 with an additional kitchen and dining area, totalling 25 guests
The Corner Wing
Large fully equipped ground floor kitchen with gas range cooker/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, table and chairs for four.
Lounge & Dining
Cosy lounge with seating for 10 guests on comfortable modern suites. 42″ flat screen TV with Virgin Media package and fibre broadband providing superfast WiFi. Feature fireplace with inset Wood-Burner, perfect for winter breaks.
Modern dining area with large dining table with seating for 10 guests. Double doors out to rear patio & garden.
Corner wing indoor permanent 4 - 6 person hot tub room avilable to hire for £325 for a weekend or midweek stay or £400 for the week.

Magnificent Kitchen & Dining room enabling 25 guests to enjoy eating and drinking in a spacious and characterful room with doors out onto the patio area.
Within the kitchen we have provided everything you would need to cater for 25 guests. With a full height free standing side by side fridge / freezer, coffee making machine, microwave, feature range double oven with 6 burner gas hob, dishwasher, and washing machine with dryer facility. Large Kitchen island with ample storage
Lounge & Dining
Character lounge with quality furnishings for guests to relax in total comfort. Inset Wood-Burner, ideal for Winter weekend getaways. A large Samsung TV is provided complimented by Virgin Media package including Movies and Sport for your total home from home experience. Views out onto the rear garden.
Bedrooms, 1 ground floor double with wet room en-suite, 2 family bedrooms 1 with en-suite, 1 master bedroom with en-suite, 2 twin bedrooms.
Centrally located within the Christchurch conservation area, the former vicarage.
It is a short 3 min walk into the centre of Christchurch where there are many shops, bars and restaurants. In the opposite direction is The Quay which has boats to hire, a play park with paddling pool, walks, a band stand a few cafes and restaurants.
Dogs are welcome at £40 each. First basket of logs free then £7.50 a bag thereafter. EV charging is available please enquire for details.

£750 Refundable damage deposit
£100 cleaning fee.
Due to the terms of our planning consent as a holiday home Hen and Stag parties are not permitted. House rules also dictate that eating and drinking outside on the terrace must by completed by 11pm. Loud music is not to be played after this time outside. If inside it is asked that windows and doors are closed.

By Car
Follow signs to Christchurch from all major roads. Also look for brown tourist signs for ‘The Priory’. On entering Christchurch you are heading to the High Street* this is off the main Fountain roundabout. Enter the High Street and drive through it till you come to a small roundabout. Go straight across into Church Street and follow the road round to the right. Take the immediate first left this is called Quay Road.
By Bus
These Bus lines stop near Christchurch Priory which is next to The Quays: 1, 125, 1A, 1B.
By Train
Nearest railway station is Christchurch Train station which is a 15 minute walk away or 5 mins in a taxi
The Main House can accommodate up to 15 people with the Corner Wing accommodating a further 10 with an additional kitchen and dining area, totalling 25 guests
